As part of a new series I decided to share some of my recipes with all of you! Lately I’ve been on a fermented foods kick and have been loving the health benefits! Fermented foods have healthy  bacteria that can restore your gut, detox your body and boost your immune system. Cultures around the world have been fermenting foods for hundreds of years, and they are delicious!

In this video I show you how I make my own sauerkraut (fermented cabbage) it was so easy and came out tasting so good!

Ingredients:

1 head of cabbage
2 carrots
1-2 tablespoons of good natural salt (not iodine table salt, but rock salt or sea salt)
