Pfizer’s mRNA nanoparticles are electromagnetic devices per their DoD contract and the FDA. No one agreed to be injected with devices that would kill surrounding cells and tissue when activated by EMF
Although Pfizer entered into a contract with the US military to produce ‘a safe mRNA vaccine that was effective in protecting against SARS-CoV-2 infection and its related variants per the safety and efficacy laws of an FDA-approved product’ (as cited in the DoD contract), as you read through Pfizer’s contract with the US Military, you’ll find that the injections are not vaccines at all, but contain engineered nanoparticles that are categorized as Class II electromagnetic devices by the FDA and US Department of Defense (DoD).
Under section C.2. Chemistry Manufacturing Controls (CMC), the contract addresses the good manufacturing practices Pfizer must adhere to for the formulation and manufacturing of their lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).
Per the FDA’s 2017 guidance on defining a drug versus a device, nanoparticles are defined as devices.
Not only are nanoparticles categorized as devices, but the mechanism of action of the nanoparticles described in this FDA document should be alarming.
“When gold nanoparticles are injected into a tumor site and exposed to electromagnetic energy, they absorb the electromagnetic energy and convert it to thermal energy, and this heat is transferred to the surrounding cells or tissue. The heat transfer, as opposed to a binding interaction with the nanoparticle, causes the cancer cells to die.”
Note: Please keep in mind that if the injected nanoparticles are targeted by outside electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) and then absorb that thermal energy, the nanoparticles will kill the cells and tissues around them, whether they are cancerous or not. We’ve been told that mRNA lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have been studied in medical research for use in killing cancer cells (because the experts can’t tell you that they were researching nanoparticles for use as a bioweapon).

DoD Contract Cites this US Law Because Pfizer’s mRNA Injections Contain Lipid Nanoparticles Categorized as Electromagnetic Devices
Under the Manufacturing Development Plan, the contract states that, “Pfizer will…ensure conformity with the Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act (FD&C Act, Title 21 US Code) 21 USC 351 (a)(2)(b), regarding good manufacturing practices.”
21 U.S. Code 351 (a)(2)(b) is a section of the FD&C Act that addresses GMP (good manufacturing practices) for DEVICES.
Per 21 USC 351, the term device may include, “an instrument, apparatus, machine, or contrivance…..intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals, and which does not achieve its primary intended purpose through chemical action within the body…”
If a device is dependent on a chemical action within the body, it would be considered a drug or biologic. An example of this is a capsule that needs to be dissolved by stomach acid in order to release the medication it contains. The capsule is simply considered part of the drug, not as a separate device.
This means that the device (or contrivance) is self-operating and/or activated by an outside energy source and is not dependent on a chemical action from within the body. An example of a contrivance are the gold/graphene oxide nanoparticles in the Pfizer COVID-19 mRNA injections.
Injecting Civilians with Nanoparticle Bioweapon Devices is Criminal
In 2017, MIT, Harvard, the Children’s Medical Center of Boston, and others, filed a utility patent for the use of vaccine nanoparticle technology as a bioweapon.
The patent specifically cites PEGylated lipid nanoparticles and cationic ‘lipids’. These nanoparticles and ‘lipids’ are found in Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA injections.
Trust the Experts
Dr. Robert Malone, an inventor of the mRNA vaccine technology, has publicly stated the he is an inventor of the cationic ‘lipid’ and that the mRNA ‘vaccines’ are part of a suite of technologies for purposes of transhumanism.
In a recent interview with Glenn Beck, Dr. Robert Malone describes mRNA ‘vaccines’ as the entry point for the suite of technologies that can modify humans through biological and mechanical genetic mutations.

Editing the Human Genome for Purposes of Transhumanism is Biowarfare
‘mRNA vaccines’ are being used to make permanent non-human biological and mechanical genetic changes to the human species. mRNA technology is gene-editing technology to change the human genome. Pfizer does not hide this. It’s right on their website.
When the FDA met with Pfizer and other industry manufacturers on October 22, 2020, they discussed the known harmful clinical effects of the COVID-19 mRNA technology injections, including this list of diseases, disabilities and death.
At the time when the FDA authorized Pfizer’s mRNA nanoparticle technology injections on December 11, 2020 and then later approved the technology on August 23, 2021, they knew Pfizer’s mRNA technology did not prevent infection and in fact, caused mild-to moderate disease, severe disease, hospitalizations and death.
When the FDA approval was granted on August 23, 2021, Pfizer had two weeks to disclose the nanotechnology devices and other ingredients in their mRNA injections. This information can and should be FOIA from both the CBER (Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research) and CDRH (Center for Devices and Radiological Health) of the FDA.
Per 18 USC 175, a biological agent, toxin or delivery system (device) that does not prevent infection or disease, is not done researched under bona fide research, and in fact causes infection, disease, and death is not a vaccine. Pfizer’s mRNA technology injections are bioweapons.
Where Do We Go from Here? Speak the Truth and Demand Justice
I have had the information to stop the criminal biological experimentation on humans with mRNA bioweapon technology since May of 2021, and my med-legal analysis has mostly been dismissed or mocked here at home. Because our national government, local governments, medical freedom experts, law enforcement, and alternative media are (for the most part) refusing to acknowledge the evidence required to seize the mRNA vaccine technology from every community across America and criminally prosecute Pfizer, an outside global military power intends to stop the use of mRNA bioweapons and prosecute Pfizer and the United States. I believe Karen Kingston was led by God to read through thousands of pages of patents and government documentation, and was shown by the Holy Spirit the most undeniable proof of what has been done to the human race through the COVID-19 vaccines. Her interviews have had many millions of views and many people have come forward saying that it was because of the information Karen Kingston researched that caused them to not get the COVID injections and saved their lives.
Karen was targeted for this work. They tried to poison her on several occasions and we strongly believe that she was targeted by direct energy weapons. They got to her family and they used typical COINTEL-PRO tactics to try to gaslight her and portray her as “not being well” or “acting crazy” due to malaria drugs. She fled for her life and left her country to go to Mexico and made a video from Mexico pleading for her life and asking that her name be taken off a hit list. Many people reached out to Karen during this time, including ourselves, Karen did not respond to most people. One can only assume that they got to her. After a couple of weeks she returned to the US and went on two interviews recanting her information. And then she came out on her paid substack formally stating that she has officially decided to resign from doing any additional analysis on mRNA or COVID-19.
In the book of Esther, God commissioned Esther to be the one unique voice to speak out and save his people from perishing. Esther was married to the King and was the one person who could speak to him to stop the planned slaughter of thousands of people. In those times no one could speak to the king without being summoned first and the penalty to do so was death. I believe Karen is a lot like Esther in this respect. NO ONE was able to put together the information that was in those patents the way Karen did. I’ve spent many hours buried in Karens work and it is obvious to me that she was divinely guided to speak to the world the truth of what was in the shots.
When Esther’s relative Mordecai revealed to her the evil plan to slaughter her people and asked her to speak out to save them, Esther hesitated, fearing for her own life if she spoke out. Mordecai replied to Esther: “Do not imagine that because you are in the king’s palace you alone will escape the fate of all the Jews. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows if perhaps you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
Since I read this morning that Karen has chosen to silence herself permanently, I have decided to re-blog her work so that it doesn’t disappear forever. I guess in this case “relief and deliverance will arise from another place” is the Hopegirl blog.
