Canadian whole-genome sequencing researcher switches from enthusiasm for mRNA “vaccines” to calling for them to be banned

Dr. Mikolaj Raszek is a Canadian genomics scientist and the founder and managing director of Merogenomics, an Edmonton, Alberta, company that provides access to private whole-genome sequencing and related clinical education. 

He has a YouTube channel with 177,000 subscribers, through which, among other things, he has been promoting mRNA technology and vaccination for the past seven years.

However, more recently, the tone of his videos has been changing from enthusiasm to hope, to puzzlement and, now, to deep concern.  He said that he will not take any future injections using mRNA technology – and he is calling for mRNA vaccines to be banned.

Prominent mRNA Advocate and Scientist Changes His Mind

For seven years, founder and CEO of Canadian genetic consulting company Merogenomics, Dr. Mikolaj Raszek, has published in-depth videos reporting scientific research papers related to covid infection, viral evolution and covid vaccines.

Merogenomics provides specialised education and clinical consulting services to guide people and their doctors through the process of private ‘Whole Genome Sequencing’. One aim of this is to help doctors recommend cancer treatment options for their patients. 

Seven years ago, when Dr. Raszek began his YouTube channel, he was a proponent of mRNA vaccination which dovetailed with his research interests and professional goals. Over the years, he has leveraged his position in the biotechnology research community to carefully document and comment on published research findings. Whilst noting emerging problems with mRNA technology as they surfaced in the literature, up until now he has been careful to relay a broad picture of scientific progress towards truth and discovery. However, over the seven years, the tone of his videos, voice and demeanour have changed from enthusiasm to hope to puzzlement to deep concern.

This week he took the ultimate step, forsaking any support for mRNA vaccination and affirming that he would not take any himself. He said, “Scientific promise does not amount to a finished product.” He cited and referenced six serious problems confirmed by multiple research papers in his YouTube video ‘Why I’ve changed my mind about mRNA technology’ as follows:

1. The production of IgG4 antibodies in mRNA-vaccinated people whose clinical consequences are not understood but suspected to be associated with immune response deficiency.

2. Contamination with bacterial DNA which results from the process of mass production using batch fermentation that is different from the methods used to produce the vaccines which underwent clinical trials. This nullifies any claims of “safe and effective” based on the results of clinical trials.

3. Incidence of turbo cancers (rapidly developing cancers) associated with mRNA vaccination. This is a clear example of hyper-progressive disease after a specific medical intervention.

4. The use of lipid nanoparticles which create cellular toxicity and a high inflammatory load.

5. Genetic Frame Shifting due to non-natural nucleotides creating incorrect proteins previously unknown to our physiology, which can be highly toxic.

6. Non-natural nucleotides can also create incorrect immunological responses to cancer development.

Dr. Raczek lamented the refusal of the biotech community, of which he is a member, to investigate these six risks, saying: “Every time we discover a problem with this technology, we make sure we don’t investigate any further. That in itself is a concern.”

He explained that he was initially very excited about mRNA technology because of the enormous promise to cure diseases associated with our genetics. Now he is deeply disappointed and has suffered personal emotional trauma because mRNA technology does not look safe.

Crucially, many of the technologies used in mRNA vaccines cited by Raszek, which are now known to have created serious long-term health impacts, are widely used throughout the biotechnology industry. Raszek said that the trauma he has suffered is exacerbated by the realisation that he is part of an industry generating high levels of risk to health and life in whole populations from multiple biotechnology medicines, procedures and so-called vaccines. The more so because the full extent of some of the serious adverse health effects are only just now becoming apparent seven years after the administration of covid vaccines.

Raszek ended his video by affirming that he is now in total agreement with the position that this technology should be totally banned from clinical use.

You can hardly imagine a more damning condemnation of biotechnology, but wait, there’s more. You might have noticed that Raszek did not specifically mention the serious risk of heart inflammation, only inflammation in general. The biotechnology lobby has been largely successful with their efforts to “normalise”the risk of myocarditis in the public imagination. In other words, treat it as an acceptable risk of covid in general, including vaccination. This is an entirely false picture unsupported by the published evidence.

A study was published in the International Journal of Cardiovascular Research and Innovation entitled ‘Cardiovascular safety signals in Israeli adolescents following COVID-19 Vaccination: Evidence from an unprocessed FOIA dataset’. It studied a large anonymised dataset comprising 294,877 mild and severe adverse event reports from 2021 in Israel released under a freedom of information request.  

It identified 271 unique reports of cardiovascular events among teenage vaccine recipients in the weeks immediately following eligibility for this age group, including acute cardiovascular injury, myocarditis and pericarditis. These had been buried in a file labelled “garbage.”In other words, a safety signal which was recognised as early as February 2021 in Israel was deliberately downgraded through the failure of the health authorities to process adverse event reports. Instead, the health authorities labelled the risk as “rare, mild and largely confined to young males”without analysing the actual data. As an early adopter of mRNA vaccination, Israel then broadcast this misleading assessment to the world. In fact, the risk was not only large (1 in 939 adolescents) but roughly equally shared between genders. You can read a full report of the study findings HERE.

It gets worse, because it is now apparent that many teenagers affected by cardiac issues did not actually make any adverse event reports or were dissuaded from doing so on the advice of medical practitioners who were guided by the fake reassurances originating from Israel, the USA, the UK and the pharmaceutical industry, which were rapidly adopted around the world and became accepted as fact without examination of evidence. We are aware of specific cases of this type among families here in New Zealand (“NZ”) where cardiac issues are persisting and even becoming aggravated.

These findings only add to the serious concerns about mRNA technology specifically identified by Raszek. These are not confined to short-term risks; they can show up or become aggravated after a considerable lapse of time, even years. Nor, as many mistakenly believe, are the risks principally caused by covid infection. The evidence is pointing categorically to mRNA vaccine technology.

Sadly, there are also other categories of risk and adverse effects which remain almost completely uninvestigated by authorities and researchers, including neurological disease and mental health issues. In many cases, as happened with myocarditis, adverse event reports are being ignored or dismissed without investigation.

We agree with Raszek that clinical applications of mRNA technology need to be banned rather than the current approach of governments, including ours, to deregulate biotechnology and/or fast-track approvals. NZ’s Gene Technology Bill, which is still on the table, needs to be abandoned. In its place, legislation should be introduced to restrict biotechnology experimentation.
