The world is experiencing the start of a new lockdown – this time related to energy use with the International Energy Agency (“IEA”) playing a key role, similar to the role the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) played during the covid-19 pandemic.

“Energy lockdown” refers to government-enforced or encouraged measures to reduce fuel, gas and electricity consumption in response to “global supply shocks.”  The “energy lockdown” trend has gained momentum this month following the closure of the Strait of Hormuz due to the US-Israel-Iran conflict.

Is it just a coincidence that “energy lockdowns” will achieve what Globalists have been aiming for, for years?

As we read the Brownstone Institute’s article below, let’s recall that Globalists, who sometimes refer to themselves as internationalists, and their puppets have long been hoping to implement climate lockdowns:

Energy Lockdown: The Drumbeat Begins

You recall how the covid lockdowns began. It was a soft and slow drumbeat that began in late January 2020, with growing amounts of panic and a faster tempo, increasing for several weeks. The US President and the UK Prime Minister resisted extreme reactions. Most governments did and so did most public health authorities.

The drum pounding became earsplitting in late February. Faced with an incredible barrage, finally Boris Johnson and Donald Trump gave in. They got out in front of the problem and lowered the boom: stay home, essential/unessential, no flights, no parties, stop your consumerist ways. Just sit alone and be sad. Both came to regret this choice, but by then, others were in charge. 

The experts and institutions were everywhere, seizing the moment. The CCP, WHO, CDC, Imperial College London, Fauci, Birx, CNN/New York Times/MSNBC, and on it went, everyone telling us the same thing daily. Those who asked questions were shouted down, shamed, throttled, cancelled, deleted. It felt like we were surrounded on all sides by lies and liars, marionettes and mushbrains, sycophants and spooks. 

Six years later and nearly to the day, this new attempted lockdown seems to be going the same way, not concerning infectious disease but energy use. Isn’t it remarkable how the officially recommended methods of managing these completely different realms bear so much in common? They both come down to restricting your liberty, rationing your consumption, redirecting your attention and shouting down critics. 

The Iran War kicked off the price spike but it was uncanny how a machinery was so quickly put in place to instruct everyone on what to do. The panic about how to respond is intensifying. The crisis is without precedent, they say. We have to try new approaches, dramatic ones. 

Suddenly, this institution called the International Energy Agency holds new prominence in the world media. Founded in 1974, it’s an NGO associated with OPEC. It has no hard but only soft power – like the World Health Organisation, with whom the IEA shares a similarly authoritative branding. 

There is a new Fauci, too. The head of the IEA is the highly decorated and universally praised Dr. Fatih Birol. Though he has never worked in industry, any more than Fauci had seen patients in decades, Dr. Birol is said to be the world’s top expert and works closely with China on its supposed “energy transition.” Indeed, sporting an honorary doctorate from Imperial College London, he has been a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering since 2013. 

Concerning the release of new energy reserves, Birol is nonplussed: “supply-side measures alone cannot fully offset the scale of the disruption.”

Remarkable, isn’t it? New script, same play, new actors for the same roles, overlapping protocols, nearly identical tempo of acceleration and dynamic of acoustics in the media. Around the world, countries are imposing price caps, consumption rationing, indoor temperature controls and shorter work weeks as a prelude to full-on stay home orders. They haven’t come to the US yet but they are spreading in Europe and the UK, as people panic about prices. 

Clearly, they say, we need to flatten the curve once again. Temporarily. Just until we get the problem under control. We just need to buy time. After all, we’ve never dealt with anything like this. Clearly, the long-term solution, they say, is a full switch to “renewables” but that cannot happen all at once.  

Inspired by the manner in which governments were able to control communication and people during the covid crisis, the IEA advises the following:

1. Work from home where possible. We’ll be back to languishing at home and consuming entertainment through laptops. IEA comments: “Displaces oil use from commuting, particularly where jobs are suitable for remote work.”

2. Reduce highway speed limits by at least 10 km/h ( 6-7 miles per hour), which is really nothing more than a method of creating annoyance. The IEA says “lower speeds reduce fuel use for passenger cars, vans and trucks,” but that is not always true. Slower traffic that disrupts flows creates more stop/start situations that cause more gas consumption. 

3. Encourage public transport. That exhortation has been the prattle of planners for half a century. Not everyone can do this, of course, and a mandate like that will cause many just to stay home. In this case, IEA is probably correct: “A shift from private cars to buses and trains can quickly reduce oil demand.” 

4. Alternate private car access to roads in large cities on different days. Now we are getting somewhere: imposed rationing allocated by arbitrary conditions. It would require a massive policing effort, one that is without precedent. IEA comments: “Number-plate rotation schemes can reduce congestion and fuel-intensive driving.”

5. Increase car sharing and adopt efficient driving practices. This is easily done in the same way police enforce HOV lanes. You cannot drive alone. You must have other passengers if you are going to be out on the road. IEA comments: “Higher car occupancy and eco-driving can lower fuel consumption quickly.”

6. Efficient driving for road commercial vehicles and delivery of goods. That’s it: the old essential/nonessential divide. Commercial deliveries are allowed because we have to live somehow but driving to the park for a picnic or visiting friends and families is not. 

7. Divert LPG [Liquefied Petroleum Gas] use from transport. Preserve propane for “essential needs.”

8. Avoid air travel where alternative options exist. This is already happening by default. Flight bookings have doubled in price. Airport security lines were running 4 hours until Donald Trump intervened. People miss flights or simply bail out and go home. IEA comments: “Reducing business flights can quickly ease pressure on jet fuel markets.”

9. Where possible, switch to other modern cooking solutions. Earlier, we saw a demand to save propane for cooking but here we see that this is not recommended either. We are supposed to switch to electric appliances. IEA comments: “Encouraging electric cooking and other modern options can reduce reliance on LPG.”

10. Leverage flexibility with petrochemical feedstocks and implement short-term efficiency and maintenance measures. This advice is directed toward energy plants to switch from one source to another to conserve oil. This suggestion reaches deep into industrial planning and would require draconian enforcement. 

There are features of this plan that surely remind you of what we went through just a few years ago with covid. 

Most people today have never heard of the IEA but the same was true of the WHO just six years ago, until it became a controlling force in our lives. At one point, internet censorship was so intense that YouTube announced that it would not permit any video that contradicted the advice of the WHO. That really happened. The same could happen here as well. Only IEA-approved posts on social media, for example. 

None of these measures will reduce the price of oil, gas, or anything else. What you don’t consume, someone else will. This is the whole point of rationing: to make sure that resources flow to uses deemed essential and away from those deemed unessential. 

Notice too how Trump himself was used in this operation in the same way he was in 2020: told that he has the perspicacity and power to do what no man has done before, he leapt into war with Iran, assured that it would be over quickly. Now we find out that the now-dead religious leader was a figurehead. Iran’s deep state is as large or larger than the US’s, and it had long prepared survival contingencies, including the closing of the Strait of Hormuz. 

To be sure, all this could end in a matter of days or weeks. If peace dawns in the Middle East, the Strait of Hormuz is opened and refining capacity grows, the price will fall. The Transportation Safety Authority could come back to work and the lines fall. Or perhaps Iran implausibly capitulates and begs for mercy. Normalcy would return. Prices go way down. 

Or maybe no one can stop this, just as when the covid caper spread to 194 locked-down nations and elected leaders had no power to stop it. Deeper, larger forces were at work that made entering hell look and feel inevitable. 

We seem to be headed into another lockdown situation under different excuses, a different goal, but the same methods and protocols. People must suffer so that elite powers can have a free hand in redesigning global functioning to keep us safe, keep us fed, and keep us warm. After all, the CCP for whom Dr. Birol has long consulted – and Imperial College London that showered him with emoluments – points the way. 

This is also six years later. We know the game. Millions do. The courts have ruled against the censorship. Few authors are willing to step forward to defend the covid period. The perpetrators are in hiding. The level of resistance is much more intense than it once was and we have many new institutions that reflect the learning that took place, preeminently Brownstone Institute. 

But should new lockdowns hit, don’t forget to wash your hands, wear your mask, and accept your jab. Whoops, we mean: minimise your gas consumption, use your microwave (not your gas stove), regard yourself as essential or unessential, and take no unessential trips. Even if they don’t manage to pull it off this time, we know the game.

New York City’s Democrat Mayor Zohran Mamdani, a far-left progressive who ran on an openly socialist platform, has warned that city authorities will move to begin confiscating private property from landlords who fail to comply with housing regulations.

The announcement is raising fresh alarm over government overreach and the erosion of property rights in America’s largest city.

“We want to make it clear to everyone in this city that no one is above the law,” Mamdani said during remarks in Jackson Heights.

“If you are a landlord violating the law, then this administration will hold you to account.”

The mayor made the comments while announcing a $2.1 million settlement with A&E Real Estate, a company that owns 14 buildings across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, housing roughly 750 tenants.

City Signals Willingness to Take Over Buildings

When pressed by reporters on why the city did not simply take control of the properties, Mamdani made clear that seizure remains on the table.

“The intended outcome is safety and well-being for tenants,” Mamdani said.

“That is what we are driven toward.”

Under the settlement, A&E Real Estate must pay $2.1 million in fines, repair roughly 4,000 housing code violations, and comply with an injunction barring tenant harassment.

Housing Commissioner Dina Levy escalated the warning further, stating that when tenants’ health and safety are deemed at risk, the city will move to strip owners of control entirely.

The Department of Housing Preservation and Development, Levy said, will “use 7A administrative proceedings to remove the buildings from the owner’s control and install responsive management.”

Radical Ideology Surfaces Inside City Hall

The announcement comes amid growing scrutiny of Mamdani’s inner circle.

As Slay News previously reported, resurfaced social media posts from the city’s new “property tsar” sparked outrage after revealing explicit calls for seizing private property and branding homeownership as “white supremacy.”

According to the New York Post, the posts were written by Cea Weaver, the newly appointed director of the city’s Office to Protect Tenants.

“Seize private property!” Weaver wrote on June 13, 2018.

A year later, she declared:

“Private property including any kind of ESPECIALLY homeownership is a weapon of white supremacy.”

Weaver also urged supporters to “Elect more communists” and posted inflammatory commentary following the death of George Floyd, including the claim:

“The Police Are Just People The State Sanctions To Murder W[ith] Immunity.”

Weaver is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America and previously served as a campaign coordinator for Housing Justice For All.

She advised Mamdani’s campaign before being elevated to a senior role inside City Hall.

Freeze Rents, Expand State Power

Mamdani himself has publicly called to “seize the means of production” and has pledged to freeze rent on one million rent-regulated apartments across the city, an unprecedented intervention into the housing market that critics warn will further drive disinvestment and shortages.

He has also signed an executive order establishing so-called “Rental Ripoff” hearings across all five boroughs within his first 100 days in office.

“Too many New Yorkers have been forced to pay more for less—living in unsafe, unconscionable, and unaffordable housing,” Mamdani said.

“Under my administration, that ends.

“Today’s executive order is the first step towards giving New Yorkers a voice in addressing the housing crisis that is pricing them out of our city.”

For critics, the message is clear that, under NYC’s new mayor, private property rights are no longer guaranteed.

Far-left socialist policies, once confined to activist rhetoric, are now rapidly becoming official city policy.

Moderna’s parent company has launched an alarming new effort as the pharmaceutical giant pushes to flood the food supply with synthetic RNA.

Flagship Pioneering, the venture capital firm that funded Covid mRNA “vaccine” maker Moderna, is now pivoting its focus to the food supply.

The company is launching a new biotech venture called Terrana Biosciences.

This new project aims to spray crops with synthetic RNA, engineered to infiltrate plant biology, reprogram their functions, and even potentially pass on altered traits to future generations.

The mRNA in vaccines, such as the injections produced by Pfizer or Moderna, is a type of synthetic RNA specifically engineered to instruct cells to produce a version of the spike protein from SARS-CoV-2.

However, the use of RNA technology being engineered to manipulate plant biology in such a way raises major concerns about the effort being abused to mass “vaccinate” the public.

This same technology could be used on human populations without consent, transparency, or oversight.

Terrana’s claim to fame is its promise to boost agricultural productivity by helping farmers combat pests, adapt to “climate change,” and increase crop yields, all under the guise of sustainability.

But this isn’t a traditional agricultural solution.

Unlike conventional genetically modified organisms (GMOs), which directly alter plant DNA, Terrana’s RNA approach manipulates a plant’s biological processes from within, without actually changing its genetic makeup.

In other words, the company’s RNA sprays don’t just coat the plants; they infiltrate them, allowing for deeper and potentially more permanent genetic manipulation.

This technology, which sounds straight out of a science fiction novel, is the next frontier of biotechnology.

The idea that synthetic RNA could invade plants, alter their biology, and persist in the environment raises massive concerns for those wary of genetic manipulation, especially in light of the technology’s use in human “vaccines.”

Terrana’s RNA-spraying technique comes at a troubling time, as whistleblower documents have recently exposed plans to deploy biological agents, such as chimeric coronavirus spike proteins, through drones to human populations, a method eerily similar to agricultural spraying.

The DEFUSE proposal, submitted by EcoHealth Alliance to DARPA before the COVID-19 pandemic, outlined plans for “self-spreading vaccines” that could be aerosolized over human populations, blurring the line between public health efforts and covert biological experiments.

What makes this even more alarming is the near-unlimited authority granted to the U.S. government under the PREP Act, which permits the administration of experimental medical countermeasures during declared emergencies, all while shielding the involved parties from legal liability.

If mRNA and other genetic interventions can be deployed on crops, these same technologies could be used on humans without their knowledge or consent under the pretext of disease prevention.

Terrana’s business model relies on artificial intelligence to generate synthetic RNA constructs, mimicking the genetic language of nature.

However, these molecules were never designed to be mass-produced, sprayed on crops, and absorbed into the food chain.

The company’s ability to engineer RNA that can persist in the environment, spread through plant tissues, and even become heritable across plant generations introduces new, and potentially catastrophic, risks.

When humans start consuming this synthetic RNA in their daily food, the possibilities are disturbing.

The reality is that synthetic RNA is far more than just a potential agricultural tool; it’s a form of control.

Once this RNA enters the food supply, it has the ability to replicate, spread, and possibly alter ecosystems in ways we can’t yet predict.

The rise of RNA-based technology in agriculture isn’t just about growing food more efficiently; it’s about controlling what grows, what thrives, and ultimately, what ends up on our plates.

The stakes here are alarmingly high.

Past experiences with widely accepted chemical products, such as DDT and glyphosate, have shown that what corporations and governments promise as “safe” can, years later, result in massive health and environmental disasters.

And RNA, unlike pesticides, doesn’t just affect plant biology; it interacts directly with human cells.

With unknown long-term effects on human health, the potential consequences could be catastrophic.

What’s even more concerning is the power these corporations and governments would have if they controlled the genetic code of the food supply.

If a small group of biotech elites can control the biology of plants and food, they could dictate the future of what’s grown and what’s on our plates.

Combine that with the unchecked powers granted by the PREP Act, and it’s clear that this is not just a scientific breakthrough; it’s a political and social power grab.

Once synthetic RNA is released into the environment, there is no way to recall it.

It spreads, it replicates, and it has the potential to alter ecosystems in ways we can’t yet fully comprehend.

The same entities that rushed an experimental, untested vaccine onto the world are now turning their attention to controlling the most fundamental aspects of life: the food we eat and the crops that sustain it.

It’s time to ask some serious questions about where this technology is headed and who’s truly in control.

As ambassadors for Earth and improved quality of life for its inhabitants, we believe our part is to help individuals and communities heal through their very real stories, and distributing the movie to the public at no charge.

Due to its energy and purpose, Angels in Boston will be produced with the intention of bringing healing and love to the world in general, but Boston in particular. We are Bostonians and love Boston! Whatever we can do to bring light and truth to our hometown is what we will do! We will be including interviews from people affected by the bombing on April 15, 2013.
