‘Humans, We Have Arrived’: Brazil Rocked by ‘Alien Attack’ Warning From Gov’t Emergency Alert System

Millions of Brazilian citizens were jolted awake in the early hours of Saturday after their phones suddenly blared with terrifying emergency alerts warning of an imminent “alien attack”, with one message declaring “Humans, we have arrived.”

The bizarre messages, which were sent by Brazil’s official Civil Defense Alert system, left residents scrambling for answers as social media exploded with reports of mysterious warnings appearing across multiple regions.

The government platform is normally reserved for life-threatening emergencies such as floods, landslides, tornadoes, and severe storms.

Instead, people received messages warning of extraterrestrial invaders and apocalyptic scenarios that had many wondering whether the alerts were real.

“Humans, We Have Arrived”

Some of the most alarming notifications were reported in Belo Horizonte, the capital of Minas Gerais.

One alert reportedly read: “Protect yourself: ALIEN ATTACK. Humans, we have arrived.”

The messages were issued as “extreme alerts”—the highest priority classification available within Brazil’s emergency warning system—making them virtually impossible to ignore.

As confusion spread, authorities rushed to assure the public that there was no alien invasion and no unfolding national emergency.

Emergency Warning System Shut Down

Brazil’s National Civil Defense later claimed that its alert platform had apparently been compromised by an unauthorized third party.

Officials said the system was taken offline at approximately 1:30 a.m. Saturday after the suspicious alerts were transmitted to users across several regions.

The Federal Police have since opened an investigation while cybersecurity teams work to determine how the system was breached and prevent further unauthorized messages.

Authorities have not identified those responsible or explained how access to the government platform was obtained.

Curious Timing Fuels Online Speculation

The incident also drew attention because it came only days after the Pentagon released another batch of declassified records concerning unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs)—the government’s official term for UFO-related reports.

The documents include witness accounts, photographs, and videos of unexplained aerial objects.

Pentagon officials, however, emphasized that the newly released material contains no confirmed evidence of extraterrestrial life, alien technology, or a government cover-up.

Even so, the bizarre “alien attack” alerts quickly became the subject of widespread online speculation and debate.

For investigators, however, the priority remains far more down to earth: determining who hijacked Brazil’s emergency warning system—and how a platform designed to protect millions of people was transformed into the source of one of the strangest false alarms in recent memory.

Report warns WHO pandemic treaty may hardwire Covid-era tactics into future responses.

A report involving a former WHO scientist warns the UK could be drawn back into lockdowns, mandates, and mass vaccination campaigns under a proposed WHO pandemic treaty.

Critics argue expanded surveillance systems and rapid-response funding could incentivize the same Covid-era playbook in future crises.

They warn this may normalize emergency-style restrictions, raising concerns about how much autonomy governments will retain when the next global health threat is declared.

A former lead scientist at the World Health Organization has warned that a new WHO agreement on how countries respond to pandemics will lead to repeated lock down-style restrictions.

His warning comes as the WHO prepares for talks in Geneva on Monday to finalize a sweeping pandemic treaty that aims to cover surveillance systems, pathogen sharing and rapid vaccine rollout targets.

Dr David Bell, a former WHO scientific officer and lead author of a new report, said the system could steer the UK and other countries back toward Covid-era measures. These include school and business closures, mask mandates, quarantines and large-scale vaccination campaigns—steps that were not part of standard pandemic planning before 2020.

MSN reports: He said: “It is inevitable that we will end up in repeated lockdowns because of how the system is set up.”

Dr Bell warned that the increased WHO funding, which is specifically earmarked for expanded pandemic threat surveillance and rapid-response triggers could escalate potential threats more quickly into full-scale interventions.

The UK is one of the largest contributors to the WHO, committing hundreds of millions through direct funding and international partnerships. The authors of the report say that means British taxpayers are helping fund a pandemic response they may later be subjected to again.

They are calling for the WHO completely overhauled or “replaced by an organisation better able to serve country needs.”.

Their new report – by the International Health Reform Project – calls for reform of the WHO, arguing it is too heavily tied to pandemic threat response programmes such as vaccines and diagnostics, shaped by a relatively small group of powerful public, private and public-private funders.

The report highlights how large-scale contributions to the WHO are frequently channelled into targeted initiatives – particularly vaccines, diagnostics and surveillance systems – with a significant proportion of funding earmarked for specific objectives rather than broader health needs which could save more lives.

Critics say this concentration of funding risks aligning global health priorities with the interests and models of its major funding partners, rather than broader health outcomes – and could also mean threats are identified and acted on more quickly through expanded surveillance systems.

Dr Bell, former director of the Bill Gates funded development laboratory- the Global Good Fund, said: “The British taxpayer is funding a system that is looking for theoretical threats that will then be used to justify locking them down and making them pay for vaccines.”

He added: “It would be better that they put more money into the NHS.”

Co-author Professor Garrett Wallace Brown, a current WHO advisor and global public health expert at Leeds University, said funding flows are shaping global health priorities.

He said: “These large sums of money from private organisations and from government organisations have skewed the agenda.”

He added: “If you’re pumping in the largest donations to technical solutions, surveillance and vaccines it is inevitable you will have little choice but to do what is specified for it. It’s basic economics.”

They say this creates a system where what gets funded – and what produces measurable results – increasingly drives decision-making, rather than what delivers the greatest overall health impact.

UFO Scientist Set to Expose Project Bluebeam Found Dead After Warning “I’m NOT Suicidal”

A UFO scientist set to expose Project Bluebeam was found dead after repeatedly warning “I’m NOT suicidal” and that her life could be “in danger,” becoming the eleventh UFO and nuclear secrets-linked official to die or vanish in mysterious circumstances.

The sudden death of 34-year-old Amy Eskridge in Huntsville, Alabama – from what authorities described as a self-inflicted gunshot wound – is fueling growing concerns about a pattern of deaths and disappearances tied to advanced scientific research.

Daily Caller News Foundation reports: Over the past 33 months, 10 U.S. researchers and scientists have reportedly died or disappeared, including government contractor Steven Garcia, 48, who allegedly vanished in August 2025 in New Mexico after leaving his home on foot and leaving behind his phone, wallet and keys. The reported total now stands at 11 deaths or disappearances, including Amy Eskridge, who authorities say died on June 11, 2022 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, though officials have not released a full investigative report or explained why detailed case files remain unavailable, according to the Daily Mail.

Eskridge focused her research on anti-gravity technology aimed at manipulating or canceling gravitational forces, a field she said could transform space travel and energy systems. She previously warned in public discussions that her work carried personal risk due to its sensitive nature. Before her death, Eskridge co-founded The Institute for Exotic Science with her father, retired NASA engineer Richard Eskridge. She publicly promoted the group as a platform to explore unconventional propulsion theories, including concepts linked to experimental aerospace programs.

In a 2020 podcast interview, Eskridge said she planned to move forward with public disclosure of UFO and extraterrestrial research but warned that she felt increasing pressure and intrusion.

“I’m scared, I’m tired. I need to disclose soon, man. I need to publish soon because it’s like escalating. It’s getting more and more aggressive. This has been going on for like four or five years, and over the past 12 months it’s been escalating, like more aggressive, more invasive digging through my underwear drawer and sexual threats,” Eskridge said.

Eskridge alleged before her death that a Russian operational group targeted her after she became of interest for intelligence surveillance, escalating from passive monitoring to what she described as active physical stalking near her home. She claimed individuals moved into nearby apartments, observed her movements, and coordinated surveillance using vehicles she identified as suspicious, including a dark Lexus with repeatedly changing license plates.

Eskridge further alleged that she and her partner witnessed a man exit a nearby apartment, swap the Lexus license plates in front of them, and leave the original plate visible outside as a form of intimidation. She also claimed the same vehicle later followed her across locations and once posed as an Uber driver, matching the license plate in the app but lacking proper identification.

Over the past several years, a few prominent U.S. scientists and researchers have died or disappeared, prompting speculation about possible suspicious circumstances in some of the cases. However, U.S. officials have not established any verified link between the incidents, according to an April 9 report from Newsweek.

In an interview with The Daily Mail, Republican Rep. Tim Burchett of Tennessee said he believes some missing persons cases across the country may share concerning similarities in how they occurred. He added that lawmakers should take closer notice of these incidents, saying they warrant greater scrutiny.
