1892 pamphlet: Vaccines cause cancer

In 1892, a pamphlet written by William Tebb was published which pointed out that vaccines induce cancer. Even at that time, “medical journals [we]re reluctant to give currency to suggestions which throw discredit on certain dogmas of the orthodox medical church.”

Several of Tebb’s friends and acquaintances had succumbed to cancer, and incidences were “increasing at an alarming rate.”

“Cancer is reported to be increasing not only in England and the Continent, but in all parts of the world where vaccination is practised,” Tebb said.

In this post, I am republishing a booklet written in 1892. Mass vaccination, especially of children and women, and laws mandating vaccines had begun in earnest in the mid-1800s. By the end of the century, it was recognised, at least by some doctors, that vaccines induce cancer, which had already begun its unstoppable rise in “civilised” populations, in perfect correlation with increasing “access to modern medicine”. The booklet is as follows.

SIR,—As the medical journals are reluctant to give currency to suggestions which, throw discredit on certain dogmas of the orthodox medical church, I venture to ask permission, in the interest of the public health, to address your readers on a subject of admitted public importance, the causation of the remarkable and mysterious recrudescence of cancer during the past 30 years. And surely, sir, the study of the sources of any malady, particularly one of so grave and destructive a character, is as well deserving of consideration as the multitudinous but abortive attempts to effect a cure.

I may mention, as an inspiring motive for this communication to the impartial columns of THE TOSCIN, that several of my friends and acquaintances have, after acute and protracted suffering, succumbed to cancer, the origin of which their friends declare to be unaccountable except on the theory below, so that I hardly need an apology for bringing the matter before the attention of those of your readers who are interested in the public health. Cancer, like leprosy, is an incurable disease; and none of the vaunted remedies have stood the test of experience. It can be disseminated like leprosy, and is increasing at an alarming rate. The deaths from cancer in England and Wales are returned by the Registrar-General, thus :— Or per million living.

Cancer is reported to be increasing not only in England and the Continent, but in all parts of the world where vaccination is practised.

Dr. H. McAul Alston, Acting Resident Surgeon, Colonial Hospital, Port of Spain, Trinidad, in the Annual Report to the Surgeon General, dated 5th of April, 1887, says (p. 7):—

“A noticeable feature of the diseases of patients admitted is the increasing number of the cases of cancer.”

Sir James Paget observes:—

“The richest and poorest alike seem to be subject to it; so do the worst and best fed; those that are living in the best conditions of the atmosphere, and those that are immured in the worst; those that are cleanly, and those that are foul; those of all temperaments and of all occupations; those that appear healthy, and those that are diseased. We can hardly lay our hands upon any of the various circumstances of life in the various orders of society in this country, to which we can refer as rendering one more or less liable than another to the acquirement of the cancerous constitution.”

It is claimed that cancer is hereditary and is occasionally due to local injury, but is it not obvious that there must be some antecedent constitutional taint or diathesis to give rise to the development of the disease? To what, then, is this condition really due? Sir James Paget also says cancer is due to a morbid condition of the blood, and some of your readers will have little difficulty in pointing out one cause of the morbidity. It is allowed by physicians that cancer may be caused by impregnating the blood with impure matter.

Dr. Joseph Jones, President of the Louisiana Board of Health, a well-known pathologist, says that this disease is inoculable; that cancer may be propagated by inoculation, or by the injection of cancerous matter into the veins. He adds:

“We will have accomplished our purpose in recording these facts if we succeed in directing the attention of the profession to the necessity of greater attention to the condition of the subjects selected for the propagation of the vaccine disease.”

Drs. Von Bergman and E. Hahn have demonstrated this by the recent notoriously inhuman experiments at the Berlin Hospital. The Medical Press, December 5th, 1888, quotes Dr. Hahn as:

“Disposed to believe that, in many cases of recurrence, it is quite probable that the disease has developed anew, as the result of accidental inoculation.”

In The British Medical Journal, June 29th, 1889, Mr. Jonathan Hutchison, F.R.C.S., says that, with due care in the transplantation of a bit of living tissue, cancer may be transferred.

There is probably no method by which inoculation is practised on so large a scale as in vaccination and re-vaccination. It is not now denied by the medical profession that vaccination is an exciting cause of infantile syphilis, and, according to the Registrar-General’s returns, Vaccination Mortality, No. 433, dated 1877, and Infant Mortality, No. 392, dated 1880, the increase in Infantile Syphilis, since vaccination has been compulsory, is fourfold.

Mr. Hibbert, formerly Secretary to the Local Government Board, said in July, 1880, that this terrible increase was one of the most unsatisfactory features of the Vaccination Acts, and a reason why further legislation was needed. Dr. William Forbes Laurie, late medical director of a metropolitan cancer hospital, was thoroughly convinced that the increase of cancer was due to vaccination, and he wrote to Members of Parliament, inviting them to visit the hospital, and witness the terrible result of the vaccine operation. He says this increase of cancer is attributed by some medical men to the large amount of syphilitic disease with which vaccine lymph is impregnated, and by others to the direct impregnation “of healthy persons with lymph imbued with scrofulous and cancerous matter.”

And the late Dr. Dennis Turnbull, who made cancer his particular study for thirty years, declared in the public press his conviction that vaccination and re-vaccination is the most prolific cause of this disease. Mr. Keuchenius, late Colonial Secretary to the Holland Government, called the attention of the Second Chamber to the alarming spread of cancer in the Netherlands, which was coincident with the spread of vaccination, and (as he believed) due to poison conveyed in the vaccine virus.

The British Medical Journal for May 19th, 1885, in a leading article on the increasing fatality of cancer, says:—

“Our negligence in dealing effectually with other diseases may also favour its dissemination, for if syphilitic inflammation. may become cancerous, it is clear that the spread of syphilis has scattered throughout the population innumerable possible seeds of cancerous degeneration.”

Some time ago the Hospital Gazelle reported that fifty infants had been admitted into one hospital suffering from syphilitic disease, and that from some of these infants vaccine lymph had been taken. Assuming that the theory of the British Medical Journal is correct, this is an indication how the cancer spreading virus may be distributed.

In his recent work on cancer (Churchill, 1891), Dr. Herbert Snow calls attention to the fact that cancer is:

“Almost absent in the savage, while rapidly increasing in prevalence among the civilised.”

The savage it may be noted will not allow his blood to be poisoned with vaccine virus, hence he escapes that morbidity under which cancerous tumours find nutriment. Where the system has become thoroughly infected with this morbid tendency, cure by extirpation or otherwise is admitted to be impossible, and the suffering caused by the apprehension of being the victim of so dreadful an affliction may well engage the attention of your benevolent and thoughtful readers. Dr. Aitken says:

“The normal course of cancerous tumours we now know to be that of steady increase, a steady and certain progress towards death.”

It would, however, be unbecoming in me to dogmatise upon a subject which is admitted to be a puzzle to the medical profession, but I venture to hope that medical practitioners who have had the opportunity which clinical observation affords will no longer keep silence, but in the interests of the public health say whether the suggestion I have ventured to make is borne out by facts within their own experience.

Covid vaccines: We got “safe and effective” repeated like a liturgical incantation while the bodies piled up

World Council for Health has summarised crucial evidence of the unnecessary harm covid vaccines have caused.

“The material presented in this [article] can be used in individual or class action legal steps,” it said.

The Okoro et al. study, Denis Rancourt’s analysis and Pfizer’s trial data found a significant increase in deaths after vaccination.

Additionally, Christine Cotton’s biostatistical analysis of the Pfizer clinical trial data revealed that the vaccine’s efficacy was overstated and the vaccines had no proven efficacy against severe disease or death.

However, iatrogenic deaths didn’t begin with the roll out of the vaccine. Hospital treatment protocols were catastrophic. Hospitals were where the real covid cull occurred.

A deep dive into the Okoro et al.’s World Health Organisation (“WHO”) data bombshell, the Rancourt mortality analyses, Christine Cotton’s devastating biostatistical autopsy of the clinical trials, the War Room/ DailyClout Pfizer document revelations and the Michels et al. forensic death analysis – plus how hospital protocols, not the virus, drove the death toll.

Individually, each of these studies presents a vital part of the jigsaw. In combination, the conclusions become all the more devastating.

The Study That Should Have Been Page One Everywhere

In April 2025, a paper landed in the International Journal of Risk & Safety in Medicine that should have triggered emergency congressional hearings, front-page headlines and a complete re-evaluation of every public health decision made since late 2020. Instead, it was memory-holed with the efficiency we’ve all come to expect.

Okoro, Ikoba and colleagues did something almost too obvious to be radical: they simply compared covid-19 deaths in the pre-vaccine period against the vaccination period – using the WHO’s own data – and asked what happened.

Here’s what happened:

Africa: 43.3% increase in covid deaths with vaccination.
Eastern Mediterranean: 350.9% increase.
South-East Asia: 403.7% increase.
Europe: 496.5% increase.
Americas: 705.9% increase.
Western Pacific: 1,275.0% increase.

Let that sit for a moment. The Western Pacific region – Australia, Japan, South Korea, countries with advanced healthcare systems and very high vaccination uptake – saw covid deaths multiply by nearly 13-fold after the vaccines were deployed.

The study’s authors call this finding “paradoxical,” which is polite academic-speak for “the exact opposite of what we were promised.”

The regions with the lowest vaccination rates – Africa at 3.8% of global cumulative deaths pre-vaccines, the Western Pacific at 1.5% – were essentially untouched by covid mortality before the shots arrived. Meanwhile, the Americas and Europe, with their aggressive vaccination campaigns, accounted for over 70% of global covid deaths despite their high vaccination coverage.

This isn’t a paradox. It’s a pattern. And patterns demand explanations.

The Rancourt Numbers: 17 Million and Counting

Denis Rancourt, a former physics professor at the University of Ottawa, has produced what is arguably the most comprehensive excess mortality analysis of the covid period. His team’s 2024 paper examined all-cause mortality in 125 countries across six continents – roughly 35% of the global population – with weekly or monthly resolution spanning years before and during the declared pandemic.

The headline finding: 30.9 million excess deaths globally for 2020–2022, a mortality rate of 0.392% of the population – comparable in scale to the 1918 “Spanish Flu” pandemic.

But here’s where it gets uncomfortable for the narrative. Using temporal association between vaccine rollouts and mortality spikes across 78 countries with sufficient data, Rancourt’s team calculated a vaccine-dose fatality rate (“vDFR”) and projected approximately 16.9 million covid-19 vaccine-associated deaths globally through the end of 2022.

In a separate Southern Hemisphere study of 17 countries, Rancourt et al. (2023) found an all-ages vDFR of approximately 0.126%. This implies roughly 17 million vaccine deaths from 13.5 billion injections – and critically, no evidence in any country of the vaccine rollouts being associated with a reduction in excess all-cause mortality.

The core finding across all of Rancourt’s work is devastating in its simplicity: the spatiotemporal pattern of excess mortality is incompatible with a spreading viral contagion as the primary cause of death. Nine of the 17 Southern Hemisphere countries studied showed no detectable excess mortality during the first year of the declared pandemic – until the vaccines were rolled out. Then the death spikes began.

Christine Cotton: The Biostatistician Who Took Apart the Trial (H3)

Christine Cotton spent 25 years running clinical trials for the pharmaceutical industry as founder and director of the contract research organisation Statitec. She knew exactly what a properly conducted trial looks like – and what Pfizer’s C4591001 trial actually showed.

Cotton’s analysis – presented in 2022 to France’s Parliamentary Office for Scientific & Technological Assessment (“OPECST”); in 2023 to Canada’s National Citizens Inquiry; and preserved in a bilingual archive after her death on 2 June 2026 – dismantled the efficacy claims piece by piece:

1. The 95% Efficacy Was a Measurement Trick

Pfizer counted only symptomatic covid-19 cases confirmed by PCR. But they also measured anti-nucleocapsid serology – a marker showing who actually got infected during the trial, symptoms or not. When Cotton calculated efficacy using that comprehensive criterion, the result was approximately 55%, not 95%.

2. No Proven Efficacy Against Severe Disease

Across every interim analysis – adults, teens 12–15, children 5–11, toddlers – there was never statistically significant efficacy against severe covid-19. The adult study showed one severe case in the vaccine group versus three in the placebo group. The claimed “66% efficacy against severe disease” was statistically indistinguishable from random chance.

3. No Proven Efficacy Against Death

After six months of follow-up, there was – supposedly – one covid death in the vaccine group and two in the placebo group. Statistically meaningless. And this was using Pfizer’s reported death numbers.

4. The Vaccine You Got Wasn’t the One Tested

Cotton documented that Pfizer used two different manufacturing processes – Process 1 for the clinical trial product, Process 2 for the commercial product distributed to the public. The vaccine that went into hundreds of millions of arms was not the same product that generated the (already dubious) 95% efficacy number. As she testified in her final post on X: “You were administered a product for which there were absolutely no results, neither of efficacy nor of tolerance.”

5. What Cotton Didn’t Know Initially – And What Made It Worse

Christine Cotton did not have access to all the Pfizer Papers at the time she prepared her initial report. She did not know that the War Room/DailyClout team would later find, through thousands of hours of combing through Case Report Forms, that Pfizer had systematically underreported mortality in the very data used to justify the largest mass vaccination campaign in human history. Neither did she know about the 3.7-fold cardiovascular death signal.

When the researchers relayed these findings to her, the situation went from catastrophic to criminal. Her previous conclusion – that there was no proven mortality benefit – was based on the sanitised public data. The real data was far worse.

The 11 Deaths: How Pfizer Hid the Real Body Count

Here’s where the story gets even darker – and where the War Room/Daily Clout research team made a discovery that Christine Cotton herself didn’t have access to when she prepared her initial excellent analysis.

What Pfizer Told VRBPAC: Six Deaths

At the 10 December 2020 US Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (“VRBPAC”) meeting – the meeting that determined whether the FDA would grant Emergency Use Authorisation (“EUA”) – Pfizer presented data showing six deaths in the clinical trial. Two in the vaccinated arm, four in the placebo arm. This created the appearance of a mortality advantage for the vaccine: fewer deaths among the vaccinated.

What Pfizer’s Own Documents Revealed: Eleven Deaths

The War Room/Daily Clout Pfizer Documents Analysis Project – whose core team continue to this day as the Pandemic Investigation Project – spent years combing through the 55,000 pages of court-released Pfizer documents. Their forensic work (documented in Michels et al., 2023) was painstaking: thousands of subject Case Report Forms, each running thousands of pages. What they found fundamentally rewrites the history of the EUA.

According to Pfizer’s own documentation, there were 11 deaths – not six – in the clinical trial at the time of the EUA: six in the vaccinated group and five in the placebo group. Essentially, an equal number of deaths in both arms. No mortality benefit whatsoever.

The five unreported deaths were not a rounding error. They were the difference between a vaccine that appeared to reduce mortality and one that demonstrably did not.

The NEJM Paper Perpetuated the False Number

The incorrect death count wasn’t confined to a PowerPoint slide at VRBPAC. The same false “six-death” figure was published in The New England Journal of Medicine, ina paper by Polack et al. (2020). This paper was cited thousands of times, used to justify mandates and held up as the gold standard of vaccine safety evidence. It was wrong. And Pfizer knew it.

Christine Cotton Didn’t Have the Full Picture at the Time

This is a crucial point: Christine Cotton’s already-devastating analysis of the Pfizer trial was prepared before the full document release was analysed by the War Room/Daily Clout team. She did not know – could not have known – that the death count presented to regulators was so far off. When the team relayed their finding of the unreported deaths to her, it confirmed what she had suspected, but made the situation far worse than even her rigorous biostatistical critique had revealed.

She had already proven there was no statistically significant mortality benefit. The hidden deaths proved the trial data presented to the FDA was not merely insufficient – it was fraudulent.

The Michels et al. Forensic Death Analysis: What the Peer-Reviewed Paper Found

The Michels et al. (2023) paper, published in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research, represents the first independent forensic analysis of the 38 subject deaths in Pfizer’s 6-Month Interim Report – conducted by researchers entirely unaffiliated with the trial sponsor.

Key Findings

• No mortality benefit in the placebo-controlled period. During the first 20 weeks of the trial – the only period that was genuinely placebo-controlled – there was no significant difference between the number of deaths in the vaccinated versus placebo arms. The vaccine didn’t save lives. It didn’t even show a trend toward saving lives.

• A 3.7-fold cardiovascular death signal that Pfizer buried. The analysis found evidence of an over 3.7-fold increase in deaths due to cardiovascular events in the BNT162b2 vaccinated subjects compared to placebo controls. This was a massive safety signal. Pfizer did not report it to regulators.

• Deaths continued in the vaccinated group after Week 20. After the EUA was granted and placebo subjects were unblinded and offered the vaccine, deaths among the still-unvaccinated cohort slowed and eventually plateaued. But deaths in the originally vaccinated group continued at the same rate. The curves tell a story no press release could spin away.

• Data inconsistencies between Pfizer’s own documents. The forensic analysis revealed discrepancies between the subject data in the 6-Month Interim Report and publications authored by Pfizer/BioNTech trial site administrators. These weren’t minor clerical errors – they were systematic inconsistencies in the reporting of deaths and adverse events.

The 38 Deaths in Context

The trial involved 44,060 subjects equally randomised to vaccine or saline placebo. The 38 deaths analysed spanned 27 July 2020 (the start of Phase 2/3) through to 13 March 2021 (the data end date of the 6-Month Interim Report). In a properly conducted trial with a product that doesn’t cause harm, you’d expect deaths to be roughly equal between arms and to follow expected background mortality patterns. What the Michels team found was neither.

The Hospital Treatment Protocols: Where the Real Killing Happened

Here’s the part of the story that gets even less attention than the vaccine data: a staggering proportion of covid deaths occurred in hospitals – and the treatment protocols deployed in those hospitals were catastrophic.

The evidence converges from multiple directions:

• Mechanical ventilation was deployed aggressively despite mounting evidence of harm. The standard protocol called for early intubation, but the mortality rate for ventilated covid patients was abysmal – and the pathophysiology of covid pneumonia (primarily a vascular and clotting disorder, not a typical acute respiratory distress syndrome (“ARDS”) presentation) made high-pressure ventilation especially dangerous. Ventilators were blowing out already-damaged lungs.

• Denial of early treatment was official policy. The mantra was: “there’s no treatment, go home and come back when you can’t breathe.”By the time patients returned, they were in cytokine storm – exactly when aggressive interventions become least effective and most dangerous. Ivermectin, which has a well-established safety profile over decades of use and showed strong signals of efficacy in multiple studies, was actively suppressed. Hydroxychloroquine (“HCQ”) was demonised. The message was: wait until you’re crashing, then we’ll intubate you.

• Remdesivir was pushed as standard of care despite the WHO SOLIDARITY trial showing no mortality benefit. It’s an intravenous (“IV”) antiviral that costs thousands per course – and it didn’t save lives.

• Sedation protocols for ventilated patients were extreme. The combination of deep sedation, paralysis and high-pressure ventilation created a perfect storm for organ failure.

• Antibiotic denial compounded the problem. Rancourt’s (2024) hypothesis is that much of the mortality came from transmissionless self-infection bacterial pneumonias induced by biological stress. This points to a grim irony: patients were denied the one class of drugs (antibiotics) that might have actually helped, while being given drugs and interventions that made things worse.

The hospitals became death traps. Not because the virus was unstoppable, but because the standard of care was lethal.

Connecting the Threads

The pieces fit together with a coherence that the official narrative never achieved:

1. The clinical trials never demonstrated mortality benefit. Christine Cotton proved this using Pfizer’s own published data. The Michels et al. forensic analysis subsequently proved it was even worse: the death count presented to the FDA in 2020 was fraudulent. Six deaths were declared (two in the vaccine group) when Pfizer’s own documents showed eleven (six in the vaccine group).

2. The NEJM paper that launched a multi-billion-dollar campaign was based on false data. The paper, by Polack et al. (2020), reported six deaths. Pfizer’s internal documents show eleven. The EUA was granted based on wrong information.

3. The real-world data shows deaths increased with vaccination. See Okoro et al. (2025) using WHO data; Rancourt et al. (2024) using all-cause mortality across 125 countries. Independent teams, different methodologies, same conclusion.

4. The hospital protocols were deadly. Mechanical ventilation, remdesivir, sedation cocktails and denial of early treatment combined to create an iatrogenic catastrophe.

5. The vaccine rollouts were temporally associated with mortality spikes in every region with sufficient data – and no country showed a mortality reduction after vaccination.

The scale is staggering. Rancourt’s estimate of ~17 million vaccine-associated deaths makes this the largest iatrogenic event in human history. The Okoro study showing covid deaths increasing up to 1,275% after vaccination – in direct proportion to vaccination coverage – should have ended the debate. The Michels et al. forensic analysis showing the significant underreporting of deaths, and a 3.7-fold cardiovascular death signal Pfizer never disclosed, should have triggered criminal investigations.

Instead, we got “safe and effective” repeated like a liturgical incantation while the bodies piled up.

World Council for Health has been calling for a moratorium of the covid gene therapies since 2021. And most of the data presented here was not even available back then.

Previous outbreaks of Ebola were linked to vaccines; the current outbreak should be investigated for the same

At the end of last month, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz submitted a policy review to the CDC for publishing. In his brief review, he pointed out that previous Ebola outbreaks were linked to viruses taken from monkey tissues and added to human vaccines.

HIV/AIDS is also linked to the contents of vaccines.

Investigations should be conducted to ensure that dual-use laboratory research is not the real origin of the current Ebola outbreak, he says.

The lady in the video below says that she is reporting from the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”). The video doesn’t state where in the DRC she is or the date the video was made. She has been in the DRC for a couple of months, she says, and “there is no Ebola here.”

It seems that the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) has a crystal ball because, as the tweet below notes, four weeks before the Ebola outbreak was announced, WHO approved an Ebola vaccine.

Is it any wonder that people are not able to take WHO chief Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus’ trip to the DRC seriously? His presence in the DRC is reminiscent of a criminal returning to the scene of the crime, like an arsonist who starts the fire and then joins the crowd feigning “what’s happening, what’s going on” while secretly gloating over his handiwork.

In the following, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz highlights that previous Ebola outbreaks and HIV/AIDS have followed a pattern, and that there are indications that the current Ebola outbreak is following the same pattern.

Ebola and Dual-Use Research

Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz is an award-winning author, filmmaker, whistleblower, music industry evolutionary and natural medicine pioneer, and author of several books, including ‘Emerging Viruses: AIDs and Ebola – Nature, Accident or Intentional?’. He is a retired dentist and oral surgeon with a post-doctoral degree in public health. He currently serves as the editor-in-chief at Medical Veritas, a publication which aims to discover and disclose the truth in health science.

At the end of last month, he published a 5-page policy review titled ‘Ebola Outbreaks, Dual-Use Research, Reservoir Gaps, and Institutional Conflicts: Critical Analysis of Filovirus Emergence Patterns and Accountability in High-Risk Pathogen Surveillance’ that he had sent to the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) in Atlanta, USA, for publishing in the medical journal Emerging Infectious Diseases.

It is important to note that dual-use research refers to research that can be used in biodefence as well as in biowarfare (i.e. bioweapons). Bioweapon research is also called gain-of-function research.

“This manuscript critically examines recurring patterns in filovirus emergence, with particular focus on the 2026 Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV) outbreak, historical lab amplification events, persistent reservoir identification gaps, dual-use research activities (including wildlife pathogen surveillance programmes), and institutional conflicts of interest. It argues for enhanced independent scrutiny, transparency, and governance reforms to better protect public health in an era of advanced reverse genetics and expansive pathogen sampling,” the covering letter to the CDC states.

The Special Virus Cancer Programme and Filovirus Emergence

Filoviruses are a family of single-stranded, negative-sense RNA viruses in the order Mononegavirales, named for their distinctive filamentous or thread-like morphology. The family Filoviridae is currently classified into six genera, two of which are Ebolavirus and Marburgvirus.

Evidence from the US Special Virus Cancer Programme (“SVCP”) demonstrates that early filovirus emergence was primarily driven by laboratory amplification and human-mediated transmission from primate tissues, rather than independent de novo zoonotic spillovers. This was a clear laboratory amplification event and challenges the dominant “natural zoonotic spillover” hypothesis.

The 1967 Marburg outbreak, the first known filovirus outbreak, is a documented example of a laboratory amplification event, where infections occurred in vaccine production laboratories in Germany and Yugoslavia due to the processing of kidney cell cultures and minced tissues from African green monkeys imported from Uganda.

The research involved in the Marburg outbreak was linked to the US Special Virus Cancer Programme, with Litton Bionetics – a subsidiary of major military contractor Litton Industries – playing a central role in primate research and tissue preparation in Northwest Uganda and US facilities.

Studies conducted under the programme involved inoculating rhesus and green monkeys with tumour materials and incubating viruses in tissue cultures. This raises the problem of disease transmission in humans through vaccines manufactured from non-human primate tissues.

As NIH veterinarian Dr. Robert Whitney stated in 1975 at a Fort Detrick biohazards symposium: “These are viruses which naturally occur in apes and monkeys which are apparently non-pathogenic, but might cause disease in human beings by being transmitted in biologics [vaccines] manufactured from non-human primate [monkey] tissues … Inoculation of the agents by parenteral route is necessary to establish infection in rhesus and cynomolgus monkeys.”

HIV/AIDS Origins and Research Overlaps

The origins of HIV/AIDS have also been linked to dual-use research.

Phylogenetics is the study of the evolutionary history and relationships among organisms or genes, inferred from observable characteristics such as DNA sequences, protein structures and morphology.

Phylogenetic timing overlaps large-scale hepatitis B vaccine trials and the Special Virus Cancer Programme’s primate research, indicating the lab-origins of HIV/AIDS.

However, like with early filovirus emergence, suggestions that vaccine components derived from primate tissues may have contributed to cross-species transmission have faced strong institutional resistance, Dr. Horowitz said.

The 2026 Bundibugyo Ebola Outbreak

The 2026 Bundibugyo ebolavirus (“BDBV”) outbreak in Ituri Province, DRC, follows prior events in 2007 and 2012. The BDBV genomic sequences cluster with previous lineages.

It is said that BDBV is a zoonotic disease, meaning it spreads from animals to humans, and that fruit bats are suspected to be the natural host. In other words, the claim is that there has somehow been a zoonotic spillover from bats to humans.

However, the definitive isolation of live BDBV from specific bat colonies matching outbreak strains remains absent, even though extensive bat sampling under USAID’s PREDICT programme (including Metabiota) occurred in the region, Dr. Horowitz pointed out.

Additionally, historical records show primate-based research as the dominant early interface.

So, the lack of isolation of the virus in bats and previous outbreaks being linked to primate-based research raises questions about why the emphasis on bats as the origin of the virus.

“The emphasis on bats as the primary reservoir appears inconsistent with the documented lab-primate transmission history of Marburg and early filovirus awareness. This gap, combined with SVCP-era concealment, weakens confidence in purely natural de novo zoonosis models,” Dr. Horowitz said.

Adding, “US military-industrial programmes (SVCP, Litton Bionetics, Fort Detrick) had strong incentives to minimise public knowledge of lab amplification risks to protect vaccine development and biodefence funding. The promotion of bat reservoir narratives, while partially supported by later ecology, may function in part as a diversion from historical primate research culpability. “

“The historical record from the Special Virus Cancer Programme, Litton Bionetics primate research and Dr. Whitney’s explicit warnings demonstrates that early filoviruses were lab-isolated and transmitted primarily through human activities involving primate tissues, not repeated independent de novo zoonotic spillovers from bats. The persistent emphasis on natural zoonosis despite this evidence is misleading and poses risks to public health and national security,” he concludes.

“Raw genomic data from recent outbreaks must be interpreted in light of this concealed history. Reservoir gaps, dual-use research overlaps, and institutional conflicts justify equal scrutiny of all hypotheses.”

Wuhan Institute of Virology is developing edible vaccines and vaccines for mosquitoes to turn them into “flying vaccines”

Researchers are trying to stop bats from spreading disease by inoculating them using vaccine-carrying mosquitoes. These flying vaccinators or flying syringes are being developed at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

Aedes aegypti mosquitoes engineered to carry vaccines in their saliva have been used in the Wuhan Institute of Virology (“WIV”) laboratory to inoculate bats against the rabies and Nipah viruses.

The Chinese researchers fed the mosquitoes blood that contained a vaccine against one of the two viruses. The vaccine is based on recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus (“rVSV”).

rVSV-based vaccines are a platform using a live-attenuated, replication-competent vesicular stomatitis virus (“VSV”) as a vector to deliver antigens from other pathogens. The vaccine is engineered by replacing the gene for one protein with the gene encoding a target antigen, such as the protein from the Ebola virus.

The vaccine’s viruses replicated inside the mosquitoes and reached their salivary glands, allowing them to pass on the vaccine when feeding on bats or when the bats ate the insects.

The WIV team hopes that this method could be used to stop such viruses from spilling over from bats into humans, Nature reported on Wednesday.

We previously published an article detailing why increasing pandemic risk due to increasing zoonotic spillover is a lie that is being used to reinforce the pandemic-vaccine agenda. But if spillovers are not a problem, then their entire agenda falls apart, so the lying about bats, and other animals, passing viruses onto humans will continue.

Speaking of WIV’s latest research on mosquitoes, Bart Knols, a retired biologist who specialises in mosquito-borne diseases and founded the non-profit organisation MalariaWorld, said, “The problem with using vectors is that you cannot control what or who they bite.” For instance, it would be impossible to stop the mosquitoes from biting people who do not want to be vaccinated.

GAVI published the news about WIV’s study under the title ‘Scientists turn mosquitoes into “flying vaccines”’, which is not surprising since Bill Gates has been aiming to turn mosquitoes into flying vaccinators for some time. In early 2025, we reported that Gates was funding research at Leiden University Medical Centre in the Netherlands to develop genetically modified mosquitoes to become flying vaccinators against malaria.

Gates also bankrolled British-based biotech company Oxitec to release billions of genetically modified mosquitoes over the USA. As with the Chinese researchers, the primary focus of Oxitec’s “Friendly Aedes program” is on Aedes aegypti, the mosquito species responsible for spreading dengue, Zika, chikungunya and yellow fever.

Shortly after Oxitec released their Frankenstein mosquitoes over the USA, rumours spread that cases of malaria were occurring where there hadn’t been a case for 20 years, and it couldn’t be a coincidence considering Gates’ mosquitoes had just been released. FullFact, the “fact-checking” arm of the UK government were quick to release a “fact-check” blog stating, “there is no evidence [that the reported malaria cases have] been caused by a Bill Gates-backed company which produces genetically modified mosquitoes.”

A seemingly new development that is being underreported about WIV’s flying vaccinators is that they are also developing “edible vaccines,” a development that Bill Gates’ GAVI hasn’t overlooked.

“Researchers are investigating whether vaccine-carrying mosquitoes and edible vaccines could help reduce the spread of rabies and Nipah virus from bats to humans,” GAVI’s lede states, demonstrating that both methods are equally important.

“Researchers are also trialling edible vaccines for bats given through mineral-rich drinking stations,” the article’s summary highlights.

The article goes on: “The researchers also designed mineral-rich drinking stations to reach bat species that interact less with mosquitoes … The idea was that bats seeking minerals would drink from the liquid and receive an oral dose of the vaccine.”

“[Bats] were either directly exposed to mosquitoes carrying the vaccine virus or given saline laced with the vaccine. In both cases bats became immunised, either though [sic] mosquito bites, eating infected mosquitoes or drinking the vaccine-laced saline,” GAVI said.

We know what previous research on bats coming out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology produced – the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein contained in the so-called covid vaccines and the subsequent pandemic of the vaccinated. What will this latest WIV research unleash onto the world?

The CIA’s infamous Project MKULTRA wasn’t just about isolated experiments on unwitting victims—it was mastering something far more sinister. The government was working on techniques to control entire populations through the use of “aerosol” injections, vaccines, and everyday food and drink items.

Declassified documents from the program, unearthed in Senate hearings, lay bare a chilling blueprint to subtly erode the human spirit, fostering widespread anxiety, hopelessness, tension, and depression across populations.

This isn’t wild speculation or Hollywood fiction; it’s straight from the government’s own declassified paperwork, dating back as far as 1955.

Project MKULTRA, launched in 1953 under CIA Director Allen Dulles, was the agency’s sprawling quest for mind control. Officially, it aimed to counter supposed Soviet brainwashing techniques.

But as revealed in a 1955 research and development program memo from the CIA’s Technical Services Staff/Chemical Division, the objectives went far beyond interrogation tools. They envisioned a arsenal of covert chemicals designed to manipulate behavior on a massive scale, administered without detection to render people compliant, confused, or crippled.

Materials which will render the induction of hypnosis easier or otherwise enhance its usefulness.
Substances which will enhance the ability of individuals to withstand privation, torture and coercion during interrogation and so-called “brain-washing.”
Materials and physical methods which will produce amnesia for events preceding and during their use.
Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.
Substances which produce physical disablement such as paralysis of the legs, acute anemia, etc.
Substances which will produce ‘pure’ euphoria with no subsequent let-down.
Substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced.
A material which will cause mental confusion of such a type that the individual under its influence will find it difficult to maintain a fabrication under questioning.
Substances which will lower the ambition and general working efficiency of men when administered in undetectable amounts.
Substances which promote weakness or distortion of the eyesight or hearing faculties, preferably without permanent effects.
A knockout pill which can surreptitiously be administered in drinks, food, cigarettes, as an aerosol, etc., which will be safe to use, provide a maximum of amnesia, and be suitable for use by agent types on an ad hoc basis.
A material which can be surreptitiously administered by the above routes and which in very small amounts will make it impossible for a man to perform any physical activity whatsoever.

Read that again. These aren’t hypotheticals—they’re targeted research goals. Notice how the document explicitly calls for drugs deliverable through “drinks” (think Coca-Cola, beer, or liquor), “food,” “cigarettes,” and “aerosol” methods.

While vaccinations aren’t named outright, the emphasis on surreptitious, undetectable administration opens the door to any vector, including medical ones.

The effects? Lowered ambition (hopelessness), mental confusion (anxiety and tension), personality alterations (depression), and physical disablement—all engineered to unfold slowly, eroding societies from within.

This memo wasn’t some rogue idea; it was part of MKULTRA’s core framework, as detailed in the 1977 U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence report. The program involved over 149 subprojects, many testing these substances on unwitting subjects across all social strata—high and low, native-born and foreign.

Safehouses in New York and San Francisco became labs for spiking drinks in bars, while other tests targeted prisoners, mental patients, and even random civilians lured with cash. The Senate hearings exposed how the CIA dosed people without consent, leading to paranoia, hallucinations, and at least one confirmed death (biochemist Frank Olson, who plunged from a hotel window after being secretly given LSD).

But the implications go deeper. The document hints at broader applications through “ad hoc” agent use, potentially scaling to entire groups or populations via contaminated water supplies, public food chains, or airborne dispersal. Indirect references in the records to “normal life settings” and “social situations” suggest testing grounds that could mimic mass exposure. Combine this with MKULTRA’s sister projects like MKNAOMI (biological weapons) and MKDELTA (clandestine operations abroad), and you have a recipe for covert population control.

Why? The CIA feared communist mind control, but in their zeal, they became the monsters they claimed to fight. As the Senate report notes, these efforts were about “clandestine operations to control human behavior”—a euphemism for breaking wills en masse.

New Zealand: Newly released data suggests link between covid “vaccines” and increase in cancer

Released in mid-December, the 2023 New Zealand cancer data show an 8% increase in cancer rates among the 0-64 age range. Similar trends are found in England and Australia.

On the Friday before Christmas, Health New Zealand quietly released the 2023 New Zealand cancer data to a media preoccupied with end of year holiday trivia. Not surprisingly, the figures received exactly zero press coverage. The Hatchard Report has released an updated version of our analysis on our Substack page. In terms of historical trends, the figures contain alarming information that points to our worst fears. The trend included an 8% increase in cancer rates among mature working adults.

Rate of New Cancer Registrations in New Zealand Per 1,000 Population

The New Zealand data is not an isolated finding. Official figures from England show an almost identical trend. New cancer registration rates per 1,000 population for the 0-64 age range in 2023 (the latest available figures) are up 8.8% compared to the average pre-pandemic rate for 2015-2019. In other words, as in New Zealand, the burden of cancer incidence in England is increasingly falling upon younger age groups, including working-age adults. This is a novel and alarming trend, but health authorities have largely chosen to remain silent or blame it on the usual suspects.

The trend in the UK is confirmed by oncologist Professor Angus Dalgliesh, who reports in an interview with Neil Oliver at GB News a startling rise in melanoma relapse rates among those who received a covid-19 booster vaccine. According to Dalgleish, this is affecting even some who had been in remission and cancer-free for decades. Relapse rates among cancer patients in remission are not included in the annual new cancer registration data. This shows that the actual rise in cancer incidence may be higher than the 2023 figures indicate. Dalgleish describes his findings as a “red flag,” just as we described the latest New Zealand data as a red flag, at the very least pointing to vaccine-induced immune exhaustion.

A red flag means what it always has: STOP IMMEDIATELY, reassess and take urgent remedial action.

The last available new cancer registration figures for the whole of Australia date back to 2021, four years behind. However, the state of Victoria has released figures that include 2024 data, which is at a historical record high, also featuring disturbingly increased rates among working-age adults.

Unbelievably, figures from Canada are even more out of date, ending in 2020 (???). Recently published assessments are largely misleading projections based on out-of-date pre-pandemic trends. This tardy and inadequate approach to public health monitoring is being pursued despite published studies conducted in Korea, Japan and Italy linking covid-19 vaccination with elevated cancer incidence or complications. The overall picture is one of a well-paid army of health bureaucrats compiling figures years out of date and then not even bothering or caring to assess the obvious implications. Instead, blaming any rise on an ageing population without crunching the data and doing the maths.

Almost five years ago, biotechnology researchers, with the support of the global pharmaceutical industry and governments around the world, launched a forced global vaccination programme affecting billions of people involving novel biotechnology. Dozens of types of novel bio-vaccines were used for the first time on humans. There had already been discernible red flags following animal and then human trials, but they were ignored. Why? We now know covid-19 vaccination was a reckless experiment that went horribly wrong. It was associated with a record level of proximate adverse effects, including cardiac disease, strokes, neurological illness, kidney disease, reproductive issues, immunological disease and mental illness.

The latest cancer data opens up another chapter in the ongoing covid-19 vaccination saga of adverse effects and excess deaths. As many, including the Hatchard Report, warned right from the start, there will be long-term effects. It appears these are now materialising. A trend that governments are very anxious to hide. There couldn’t have been a more obvious indication of an attempt at misdirection than the award in the New Zealand New Year’s Honours List of Knight Companion to Professor Graham Le Gros for contributions to medicine. Le Gros famously told the NZ Royal Commission on Covid-19 Phase 2 that the clinical trials of the covid-19 mRNA vaccine were not rushed and were sufficient to show it was safe and effective. How could they be sufficient? There was and has been no controlled assessment of long-term outcomes.

The take-home result of the long running covid-19 vaccine saga is clear. Biotechnologists incorrectly predicted that the novel genetic style of vaccination would be effective at preventing transmission and would be safe. They were not just wrong – they were fundamentally wrong. The pandemic outcomes have revealed that our current understanding of genetic functions and their interaction with the immune system is deficient. It is incomplete. At this point in time, any attempt to prevent or obscure the need for a vigorous reassessment of pandemic outcomes across the entire spectrum of major medical conditions comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated amounts to nothing less than medical negligence and reckless disregard of public health.

Our new year call is for an end to the mRNA vaccine harm cover-up and a systemic purging of the inertia and indifference affecting our moribund medical establishment. Continuing to assert that covid-19 vaccine harm is unproven, whilst encouraging booster uptake and refusing to study comparative data has long since become an untenable position. In 2026, we aim to bring the unequivocal data to the attention of all those making public health decisions.
