LG smart TVs have been caught secretly collecting disturbing amounts of information from inside their owners’ homes, including recording conversations and scanning private Wi-Fi networks for other connected devices.

An investigation by computer hardware experts at Gamers Nexus found that LG televisions can monitor what users watch, map devices connected to their home networks, and use built-in microphones to capture audio.

Even more alarmingly, researchers found that some of the surveillance can continue while the television appears to be switched off in standby mode.

The investigation also found that data can continue to be collected while the television is disconnected from the internet, with information stored locally until the connection is restored.

LG TVs Scan Devices Across Home Wi-Fi Networks

Gamers Nexus worked with independent security researchers and Level1Techs to examine the televisions’ firmware and intercept data being transmitted by the devices.

What they uncovered went far beyond simply tracking television viewing habits.

Researchers found that the TVs were scanning local Wi-Fi networks and identifying other devices connected to them.

Those devices included smartphones, computers, thermostats, and other smart-home technology.

The televisions were even collecting the names of nearby Wi-Fi networks.

Taken together, the information could create an extraordinarily detailed picture of the electronic devices inside and surrounding a person’s home.

The researchers also examined LG’s use of automated content recognition, or ACR.

ACR technology identifies what viewers are watching and allows that information to be used for advertising.

The investigation found that the data ultimately feeds LG Ad Solutions, the company’s advertising operation.

By combining viewing information with details about devices on a household network, researchers warned that LG can build an extensive profile of its customers and their behavior.

TV Microphones Recorded Conversations in Standby Mode

However, the most alarming discovery involved the televisions’ built-in microphones.

Tests found that the microphones could capture clear audio from conversations taking place near the television and generate transcripts.

The recording capability continued while the televisions were in standby mode.

For most owners, standby mode is what happens when they press the power button and believe they have switched the television off.

The display goes dark, but parts of the television remain powered.

Researchers found that the audio collection could even continue after the television was disconnected from the internet.

Instead of stopping, the television stored the audio locally.

Once the internet connection was restored, the stored files could then be uploaded.

The findings mean disconnecting an LG television from the internet does not necessarily prevent it from collecting information inside the home.

Researchers Uncover Remote Hacking Vulnerability

The investigation uncovered another serious security problem.

Researchers identified a vulnerability that could allow a hacker to remotely execute code on affected televisions.

They have withheld key technical details while the vulnerability is responsibly disclosed, preventing would-be attackers from immediately exploiting the flaw.

The investigation has since attracted attention from cybersecurity experts, including Malwarebytes.

For LG owners, however, the combination of surveillance technology and a potential remote-security vulnerability has triggered outrage.

“LG hardware is just spyware,” one furious user wrote on the r/LGOLED subreddit.

“You[r] TV is wiretapping your whole house.”

Smart TVs Have Become Surveillance Machines

Smart televisions collecting information about viewers is nothing new.

ACR technology has already transformed televisions from passive displays into sophisticated data-collection devices capable of identifying the content playing on their screens.

But the latest investigation exposes just how much further that surveillance can potentially reach.

A television that scans other devices inside the home, identifies nearby networks, monitors viewing habits, and captures conversations through a microphone is collecting information far beyond what many consumers would reasonably expect from a television.

And LG has already faced controversy over invasive behavior from its hardware.

A separate Gamers Nexus investigation last month found that LG monitors were installing software that generated pop-up advertisements on customers’ computers.

The backlash became serious enough that Microsoft demanded LG remove the ads.

Now, the latest findings are raising far more disturbing questions about what LG televisions are doing when their owners aren’t watching them.

For years, consumers have been warned that internet-connected devices can become surveillance tools inside their homes.

According to the researchers who tore apart LG’s systems, that warning is no longer hypothetical.

The television sitting silently in the living room may be watching and listening, even when its owner thinks it is turned off.

Fresh concerns are being raised about the rapid expansion of America’s AI-powered surveillance network after reports highlighted an alleged connection between a major investor in Flock Safety and an Israeli cyber company capable of secretly hacking security cameras and altering video footage.

The allegations have fueled fears that emerging surveillance technologies could one day be weaponized to fabricate evidence or conceal criminal activity.

Flock Safety operates one of the nation’s fastest-growing automated license plate reader (ALPR) networks, with tens of thousands of AI-powered cameras tracking vehicle movements across the United States.

Meanwhile, Israeli cyber firm Toka has developed technology that reportedly enables government clients to hack internet-connected security cameras, monitor live video feeds, and even manipulate both live and previously recorded footage.

The reported overlap has sparked intense debate online about the risks of combining mass surveillance with increasingly sophisticated cyber capabilities.

Report Highlights Alleged Investment Link

According to Gadget Review, Bedrock Capital led Flock Safety’s $275 million funding round.

The outlet also examined claims circulating on social media alleging that Bedrock has ties to Toka.

“Bedrock Capital leads Flock Safety’s $275M round while alleged ties to Toka, which reportedly erases camera footage without a trace, draw scrutiny,” Gadget Review reported.

An X post from user @OrwellDay alleged that Flock’s lead investor also backs Toka.

However, Gadget Review noted that while Flock’s investors are well documented, publicly available evidence does not currently confirm whether those same investors also hold a stake in Toka.

“That gap between allegation and evidence is the story—not a footnote,” the outlet wrote.

Israeli Firm Reportedly Can Alter Security Camera Footage

Toka first drew international attention in 2022 after an investigation by Israeli newspaper Haaretz detailed the company’s capabilities.

According to the report, Toka was co-founded by former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and retired Israel Defense Forces cyber chief Brig. Gen. Yaron Rosen.

Haaretz reported that the company develops cyber tools allowing government customers to locate internet-connected security cameras within a specific area, gain unauthorized access to those cameras, monitor live video, and alter both live and archived footage.

The publication reported that Toka works almost exclusively with government agencies, intelligence services, and law enforcement organizations.

Israel’s Defense Ministry regulates its activities.

As of 2021, internal documents reviewed by Haaretz indicated the company held contracts worth approximately $6 million with the Israeli government while seeking to expand those deployments.

Flock’s Surveillance Network Continues to Expand

Flock Safety’s controversial AI-powered camera system has rapidly spread across the United States.

According to Gadget Review, the company retains vehicle data for roughly 30 days, allowing participating law enforcement agencies to search historical vehicle movements.

Flock maintains that its system tracks vehicles rather than individuals.

Privacy advocates argue that distinction offers little reassurance because vehicles typically reveal where people live, work, worship, travel, and socialize.

Independent security researchers have also claimed that certain Flock camera hardware can reportedly be physically compromised in under 30 seconds, potentially exposing credentials and video streams.

Those findings have not been independently verified by government regulators.

Security Camera Vulnerabilities Well Documented

Concerns over surveillance systems extend well beyond any one company.

Researchers have repeatedly demonstrated that internet-connected security cameras can be compromised.

In 2019, Forbes detailed how researchers successfully hacked surveillance systems and replaced live camera feeds with prerecorded footage.

Since then, rapid advances in artificial intelligence have dramatically expanded the ability to generate highly realistic synthetic video.

Cybersecurity experts have also identified vulnerabilities across numerous commercial surveillance platforms.

One of the most high-profile incidents occurred in 2021 when hackers breached cloud-based surveillance company Verkada.

According to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), attackers gained access to approximately 150,000 cameras installed inside hospitals, schools, prisons, police stations, offices, gyms, and women’s health clinics.

The hackers reportedly viewed live feeds from highly sensitive locations, including patient rooms inside hospitals.

The ACLU warned that cloud-connected surveillance networks create centralized targets capable of exposing enormous volumes of private video if compromised.

Surveillance Expanding Beyond Fixed Cameras

The expansion of AI surveillance is no longer limited to fixed camera systems.

Gadget Review recently reported that police in Lancaster, New York, plan to begin deploying drones capable of livestreaming neighborhoods while automatically recording license plates from the air.

The program is expected to begin in September.

Combined with increasingly sophisticated AI systems, expanding surveillance infrastructure, and documented cyber vulnerabilities, critics argue the technology raises profound questions about privacy, accountability, and the integrity of digital evidence.

While the reported financial link between Flock Safety’s investors and Toka remains unconfirmed, the broader concern extends far beyond any single company.

As surveillance networks continue expanding nationwide, many observers warn that hacked cameras, manipulated footage, and AI-generated video could eventually pose challenges for law enforcement, the courts, and public trust.

America’s food supply is being infiltrated by unlabeled cloned “beef” and “pork,” quietly mixed into supermarket shelves and restaurant chains’ menus and sold as real meat, without the knowledge of the public.

The revelation comes as Canada abruptly halted its own plan to greenlight cloned meat, following intense public backlash.

As Slay News previously reported, Canadian regulators had proposed eliminating both safety reviews and labeling requirements for cloned cattle and swine, essentially opening the gates for mass distribution.

However, following a public backlash, Health Canada was forced to hit pause, admitting the concerns were too widespread to ignore.

For now, Canada still classifies cloned “meat” as a “novel food” requiring pre-market safety assessment.

Canadian officials insist no cloned “meat” or “dairy” has been approved there.

However, the scandal has drawn attention to the flood of cloned “meat” in the global food supply.

Astonishingly, the United States already allows cloned “beef” and “pork” to circulate freely, with zero labeling requirements and no warnings for consumers.

Under rules quietly implemented during the late 2000s and never revisited, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) insists cloned “meat” is “safe and nutritious.”

The FDA has stood by the claim, despite the European Union’s outright ban due to concerns over animal welfare, genetic instability, and unresolved long-term health risks.

Consumer groups say Americans are being kept in the dark on purpose.

The Center for Food Safety blasted the U.S. system for denying people the basic right to know what they’re eating:

“Massive public opposition to animal cloning, widespread scientific concerns about the risks of eating food from clones, and troubling animal cruelty and ethical concerns associated with the cloning process.”

But despite that, cloned meat is already here, and it’s unlabeled.

Flooding the Food Chain with Synthetic “Alternatives”

This isn’t happening in a vacuum.

It mirrors the globalist push that Slay News has covered repeatedly, from lab-grown synthetic “milk” to cultured “meat” to insect powders quietly added to processed foods.

The National Security Agency has secretly been buying Americans’ internet records and using them for spying purposes without obtaining a warrant, a senior senator revealed Thursday.

Sen. Ron Wyden, Oregon Democrat, said the practice had been a “legal gray area,” with data brokers quietly obtaining and reselling the internet “metadata” without the users’ consent. He said the NSA has been trying to keep the whole thing under wraps.

In a letter to Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines, the senator said the government needs a “wake-up call,” and he called for new rules limiting purchases only to data that Americans have consented to be sold.

“The U.S. government should not be funding and legitimizing a shady industry whose flagrant violations of Americans’ privacy are not just unethical, but illegal,” he said.

He released a letter from Army General Paul M. Nakasone, director of the NSA, detailing and justifying the agency’s actions.

Gen. Nakasone said it acquires what it calls “commercially available information” but said the acquisitions are limited. They don’t include location data from phones “known to be used in the United States,” and they don’t buy or use location data from automobiles in the U.S.

They do buy “non-content” data “where one side of the communication is a U.S. Internet Protocol address and the other is located abroad.”

The general said that information was critical for “the U.S. Defense Industrial Base.”

“NSA understands and greatly values the congressional and public trust it has been granted to carry out its critical foreign intelligence and cybersecurity missions on behalf of the American people,” Gen. Nakasone wrote.

In a separate letter, Under Secretary of Defense Ronald S. Moultrie defended the legality.

“I am not aware of any requirement in U.S. law or judicial opinion … that DoD obtain a court order in order to acquire, access or use information, such as CAI, that is equally available for purchase to foreign adversaries, U.S. companies and private persons as it is to the U.S. government,” he wrote.

Mr. Wyden, though, says the legal landscape may have just changed.

He pointed to the Federal Trade Commission’s action earlier this month against a data broker. In that case, the FTC said the sale of location data is an intrusion into consumers’ lives. The FTC says for data to be collected for resale to government national security agencies, consumers must be told that explicitly.

Mr. Wyden said the same standard applies to other broker-sold information the government is acquiring, such as metadata. Metadata is the hidden information that accompanies communications, such as the source and time.

Mr. Wyden said he’s never found a broker that delivers that comprehensive warning.

The senator previously revealed that the Defense Intelligence Agency was buying commercially available location data that included Americans.

The state of Texas was caught selling babies’ blood samples to the Pentagon while several other states have also been caught stealing and selling the DNA of newborn babies to third parties

There’s something not quite right about that little “heel-prick” test that hospitals routinely do on newborns. They say it’s to detect disease but, if that’s the case, why do some states try to keep the DNA samples taken during these procedures and store them for decades without ever telling the parents? After doing a bit of research and reading over a recently filed lawsuit, I have some information to share that presents a clearer picture as to why it’s almost impossible to get a newborn baby out of a hospital without having its little heel jabbed.

Thankfully, some parents are wising up and going on the legal offensive against the hospitals and states who are colluding in secret.

A lawsuit has been filed by the Institute for Justice over a state program in New Jersey that has been obtaining, and secretly holding onto, blood from newborn babies.

The Institute for Justice explained in a press release it is representing two sets of parents in the case.

The state claims it can use the DNA from the babies’ blood samples for any reason, without informed consent from parents.

The case charges that state law in New Jersey demands that when babies are born, blood be taken and tested for various diseases. This same demand exists in all states.

But, according to the attorneys representing the parents, what makes New Jersey different is that, “after the testing is over, New Jersey’s Department of Health keeps the leftover blood for 23 years. The state does not ask parents for their consent to keep their babies’ blood, failing to even inform parents that it will hold on to the residual blood. The only way parents could learn about such retention is by proactively looking it up on one of the third-party websites listed on the bottom of the card they’re given after the blood draw.

“And, once the state has the blood, it can use it however it wishes, including selling it to third parties, giving it to police without a warrant, or even selling it to the Pentagon to create a registry—as previously happened in Texas.” (emphasis mine)

That bit about selling DNA to the Pentagon “to create a registry” jumped out at me.

It’s a documented fact that part of United Nations Agenda 2030 is to create a birth registry for all people. Look it up.

Sustainable Development Goal 16.9 of Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development states, “Create a legal identity for all, including birth registration, by 2030,” and this “has been acknowledged as crucial for advancing the 2030 Agenda commitment to leave no one behind,” according to the website of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). On that same web page, they state:

Article 6 of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights states that everybody has the right to a legal identity. Sustainable Development Goal Target 16.9 (“legal identity for all, including birth registration, by 2030”) has been acknowledged as crucial for advancing the 2030 Agenda commitment to leave no one behind. However, hundreds of millions of people still lack proper identification, and about half of the world’s countries do not have a universal system for registering births and deaths.

The United Nations Legal Identity Agenda Task Force, co-chaired by UNDP, UNDESA, and UNICEF, is working with Member States to ensure that more than 300 million people acquire a legal identity by 2025.  UNDP is strengthening the capacity of Member States to develop holistic, country-owned, sustainable and interoperable civil registration, vital statistics and identity management systems. UNDP  is working to increase the number of countries that address legal identity issues as a foundational pillar of national development plans and strategies and ensure that everyone, without exception, has access to essential public goods and services.

So, with just a little researching we find that this drive to scoop up DNA from newborns is tied to creating a global ID system, and a global digital ID at that.

It’s highly likely that the overarching reason this DNA is being taken and secretly stored has little or nothing to do with fighting disease and everything to do with fulfilling the U.N. mandate for all nations to create a unique biometric identifier on every person, which then can be digitized and filed away for future use in a fully digitized society. With every newborn having a DNA sample already on file with the government, think how easy it would be to create a biometric digital ID for all humans, in full compliance with U.N. Agenda 2030 and a future global government.

If New Jersey has a program to turn over DNA to the federal government, you can bet it’s happening in other states as well. We just haven’t found out about it yet. And why would the U.S. Department of Defense, of all agencies, want to get its hands on this DNA from every newborn baby?

In fact, the New Jersey legal team said similar lawsuits already have been brought against Texas, Minnesota and Michigan, and in those cases settlements have ordered the destruction of blood samples held by the states, or the state has voluntarily destroyed them. California is also collecting and storing the DNA of infants without parental consent.

The New Jersey Monitor reports that more than 100,000 babies are born each year in New Jersey, meaning the state has stockpiled millions of blood spots from its decades-old newborn screening program. Yet, a handout given to new parents fails to disclose that the state stores the samples for 23 years, nor does it explain why.

Rob Frommer, a senior lawyer for the Institute for Justice, stated:

“Parents have a right to informed consent if the state wants to keep their children’s blood for decades and use it for purposes other than screening for diseases. New Jersey’s policy of storing baby blood and DNA and using that genetic information however it wants is a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment rights of all New Jersey parents and their newborns.”

The plaintiffs are two Boonton, N.J., parents, Erica and Jeremiah Jedynak, and the Rev. Hannah Lovaglio, a mother of two sons in Cranbury, N.J.

Patrick Wood, editor in chieef of Technocracy.News, says the hospital industry has a history of selling our personal data to the highest bidder.

Wood stated in response to my research:

Thus, collecting DNA from newborns for sequencing and permanent storage should be seen as a prime directive for Technocrats. Why? Wood said this propensity of the medical industry toward technocratic chicanery is seen all over the professional literature.

“The Holy Grail of a digital ID system is DNA,” he said.

So, Wood asks, should we dismiss the collecting of newborn blood to harvest DNA for ulterior purposes?

One final tell that the technocrat mindset is at work is the fact they have hidden this practice right under our nose. That is, until a few parents stumbled across it and blew the whistle.

While the Australian counterpart of the FDA (the Therapeutic Goods Administration) claims that the reason for the withdrawal of use has nothing to do with side effects, it’s clear that the number of side effects have skyrocketed over the past two years since the initial roll out and approval of the injections. In fact, countless countries had previously put stops on the use of AstraZeneca injections due to TTS (thrombocytopenia syndrome). These countries include Iceland, Norway and Denmark. Other countries in Europe such as Romania, Ireland, Sweden, France, Germany, Italy and Spain also temporarily suspended AstraZeneca’s injections due to side effects.

This is only the beginning as we learn more and more about the cause of the increase in excess deaths across the board which in Australia is as high as 5162%.

Each year, excess deaths climb among the injected as the jabs bring pre-morbidities to the front of the line. Morbidities that would usually occur at an old age but instead are effecting people in their teens, twenties and thirties, etc.
