Dr. Guy Hatchard highlights a bill recently introduced into the US House of Representatives.  It aims to expand NATO’s biotechnology capabilities, which could lead to the development of bioweapons under a shroud of secrecy, posing a significant threat to global security.

Yesterday, I found our Tamarillo tree leaves infested with microscopic mites that were busy sucking the life out of the plant. This morning, I got up and found a massive invasion of ants had cleared up the mites. Problem solved. I never cease to marvel at the natural world. Trillions upon trillions of beings of all shapes, sizes and types integrated within an ecosystem of immeasurable beauty, diversity and balance, all following paths set by their nature. That is, until we get to the top of the evolutionary tree where human beings seem to have free will to break with nature and act as they please.  But here’s the rub: nature ensures we must, of necessity, suffer the consequences.

A headline in the online New Zealand Herald this week read ‘“Hopefully this will end quickly”: Kiwi on life in Dubai amid the chaos of war’. During the last five years, we have found that “hope” is not enough when it comes to the invasive and destructive technologies being unleashed on unwitting populations. Besides missile production, there are many others – nanotechnology, biotechnology, ultra food processing, high intensity electromagnetic fields, ocean floor trawling, information control, agrichemicals, nuclear waste, air and water pollution. All these are attempts to control nature rather than work with it. The list is long, and the effects are long-lasting. “Hopefully this will end quickly” has a hollow ring to it. I suppose many of those living their luxurious Dubai lifestyles will be looking for alternative safe havens, and New Zealand might be on their list. They might need to think again, the whole concept of a safe haven is fast disappearing.

At the end of February, Bill H.R. 7653, entitled the ‘Biodefense Diplomacy Enhancement Act’, was introduced in the US Congress. It  explicitly calls for the evaluation of “opportunities for expanded NATO capabilities to research, develop, and deploy biotechnology for international security purposes.” The Bill defines biotechnology to include: “genetic engineering, synthetic biology, and bioinformatics.” In summary, the Bill places genetic engineering under the direct control of NATO military partners allowing for the imposition of secrecy concerning its development.

NATO and the US are not alone in seeking to militarise biotechnology; it is a trend that is also evident in China, Russia and others. Under the guise of high-sounding but misleading defensive initiatives, the development of bioweapon models is quietly going ahead. Studies of the pandemic origins and outcomes should have taught lawmakers that biotechnology can spread without limit. It cannot be contained or remediated. It is universally deadly to friend and foe alike, but that self-evident message from nature has fallen on deaf ears.

No country should be allowing its lawmakers to approve, fund and weaponise deadly biotechnology. If this continues, no one will be safe anywhere. Ask your Member of Parliament to take an international stand on biotechnology development.

Undoubtedly, any war is a failure of intelligence, but it is also a reflection of the buildup of stress in the collective consciousness. Stress builds up through the violation of natural law ^[1] until a breaking point is reached and the dam bursts suddenly. War breaks out. Modern technology in all its forms has become so invasive and destructive that any war is potentially catastrophic on a scale that is uncontainable. This is more true of biowarfare than any previous destructive weapons of war. We have reached that point where there has to be another way.

^[1] Note:  What does Dr. Hatchard mean when he uses the term “natural law “?  Some use the term “natural law” to mean a moral theory and others use the term to describe a legal theory. Natural Moral Law is humans’ participation in the eternal law, external law being God’s wisdom.  Natural Law is not equivalent to the laws of nature, as some may presume.  Dr. Hatchard is not applying either the moral or legal theory meanings above.

It’s not clear what Dr. Hatchard means when he uses the term; however, there is a growing interdisciplinary exploration of the relationship between Natural Moral Law and collective consciousness, which seems to be the concept he’s applying.  Followers of this quasi-religious, quasi-scientific belief (which does not recognise the one, true God, YHWH, or the truth contained in His written word, the Bible) argue that collective consciousness is not merely social but moral and evolutionary, reflecting a deeper, shared moral order.  The “Law of Divine Oneness” and “The Physics of Collective Consciousness” suggest that human minds are interconnected via electromagnetic and quantum fields, enabling a unified, field-based consciousness that can be influenced by shared intentions.

Just next door to our home, a massive slip has blocked the main road to the east coast. Geotech engineers found giant cracks extending back more than a hundred metres from the top of the slip. The whole giant hillside is on the move, threatening to come down in a rush of 100-tonne volcanic boulders and loose soil. As a result, work is underway to get down to bedrock and stabilise the hill. This involves moving about 110,000 cubic metres (13,000 truckloads) of loose material and resculpting the landscape, which will take months. The key phrase here is “bedrock.” As we have been explaining in numerous articles, the bedrock of life is consciousness. The defining characteristic of all natural organisms is awareness. The foundational principle of modern physics is measurement, which is nothing other than the performance of self-referral intelligence.

With trepidation, we await the release of the report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry on Covid-19. Their remit did not include scientific publishing. We are well aware that little has changed the entrenched opinions of those promoting the universal application of risky novel biotechnology. Along with this mindset comes a hotchpotch of misplaced ideologies: a rejection of natural law, a disdain for pure, unadulterated food, an acceptance of poisonous chemical lifestyles, including incredibly invasive nanoparticles which can pass our protective skin barrier. So, when a cleaning product advertises “magic” nanoparticle technology to penetrate grease and dirt, remember that it can also enter our cells with ease. As we have banned single-use plastic bags, why is plastic still used to make our morning tea bags? It is time to inform ourselves; our shopping habits can make a difference. 

The lessons of the hearings of the Royal Commission are already clear – too many people are stuck in a groove believing in a biotechnology future of synthetic food, medicine, agriculture and the environment. Informing decision makers of precautionary evidence is one valid approach, but we know that scientific studies are often ignored. Positive outcomes from natural diets, exercise regimes and sustainable agriculture are dismissed as irrelevant and even, God help us, as harmful. If negative mindsets are not shifted, we are set to face more pandemic mistakes on a more damaging and more invasive scale, affecting more people. A war against the genetic heritage of nature, a war of unimaginable destructive power. The decisions that are driving the biotechnology juggernaut are all made by a myriad of people who have many different perspectives and goals; it is their individual and collective effect that is proving so catastrophic. How much this is due to central planning and how much to misplaced good intentions is unknown.

In the most extreme examples of a destructive outlook, the current global crises and the planned biowarfare are expressions of the accumulation of stress in world consciousness. This results from continued violation of natural law in individual life, building up levels of collective tension and distorting reality.

A forest is made of individual trees. For a forest to be green, the trees have to be green. If the world is to change, people have to change. So how can this be accomplished? As we proceed to smaller time and distance scales, diversity recedes and unity grows. In the world of quantum mechanics, macroscopic quantum coherent states are possible, such as the superfluidity of liquid helium at near absolute zero temperatures, where all particles harmonise and defy gravity. Finer still, unity prevails and reigns supreme in self-referral unified field theories of the universe. This is not a belief but a scientific reality. See, for example, this November 2025 article by physicist Maria Stromme entitled ‘Universal consciousness as foundational field: A theoretical bridge between quantum physics and non-dual philosophy’. Stromme describes “the emergence of space–time and individual awareness by treating universal consciousness as a fundamental field … This model suggests that the apparent separateness of individual consciousness is an illusion, with all experience ultimately arising from a unified, formless substrate.”

At root, we all share the same bedrock of universal consciousness, universal Being. In the world of ideas, there is as much diversity as that of the material world, but settle the awareness to its fundamentals and we are all connected. This is not an intellectual investigation, an ideology, a belief or a journey to a distant place. It is an experience of our own self, on the level of the self alone. On this level, we are all connected with nature. 

In my book ‘Your DNA Diet’, I have discussed in detail the harmonious organising power of consciousness when even a few people begin to re-establish themselves on this fundamental level of life. Dozens of published research studies show reduced crime, reduced conflict, renewed economic activity and improved quality of life. These effects are statistically robust and reliably predictive. They could be stabilised through educational initiatives.

Just as all the cells in the body are networked together through multiple pathways: electrical, chemical, electromagnetic, hormonal, neuronal, genetic, molecular shaping, solubility, quantum mechanical, etc. to form a whole person presided over by individual consciousness, so societies are linked together in distinct networks or units of collective consciousness affected not only by geography and climate, but by shared information, actions and thoughts, both past and present. These networks are paired with our genetics and physiological makeup. They carry unfinished echoes of the past. The need is to rise above the limitations and mistakes of the past by expanding our awareness to encompass our being, the self of all. It is not just through actions and lobbying our representatives but also through the simple experience of self-referral awareness that we can begin to change the world around us. The universal being of all is the source of truth, light and health^[2]. The ancients knew this. It is time to rediscover what joins us all, not what keeps us apart.

^[2] Note: Dr. Hatchard is describing a religious belief dressed up as philosophy and/or science.  We should be on guard not to allow ourselves to be drawn into a religion under the pretext of following “the science,” especially when it has not been clearly identified and we cannot know what we are getting ourselves into.   “The universal being of all” is not the source of truth or light, as Dr. Hatchard believes.  If you are searching for the truth, Jesus Christ is the only source of truth.  If you are feeling challenged by world events, seek God. There is only one God but He is three Persons: God the Father (YHWH, Yahweh, Adonai, Jehovah), God the Son (Jesus, Yeshua) and God the Holy Spirit.

NATO has begun urgently building more cemeteries in Europe for mass casualties in an upcoming World War 3.

Sweden has become the first European country to join forces with NATO and secure land to bury millions of its citizens.

Infowars.com reports: The burial association in Sweden’s second-largest city, Gothenburg, is trying to acquire additional land to ensure casket sites for some 30,000 dead, on top of what is needed for graveyards for regular use, AP wrote on Saturday.

Swedish media outlets reported earlier this month that the authorities were bracing for up to half a million potential fatalities if the country were to enter a full-scale war.

In big cities… land resources are scarce to begin with and not always sufficient to meet burial ground needs even in times of calm and peace,” AP quoted Katarina Evenseth, senior advisor at the Goteborg Burial Association, as saying.

In October, the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) released updated civil preparedness guides with instructions on how to survive during an armed conflict. The brochure, dubbed “In case of crisis or war,” contains advice on evacuation, how to stop bleeding, and other recommendations.

“The national security situation has changed drastically, and we all need to strengthen our resilience to various crises and, ultimately, war,” MSB Director General Mikael Frisell said in a statement last month.

Stockholm dropped decades of military non-alliance and joined NATO in March, amid the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The US-led bloc has been supporting Kiev by providing military aid, and in November, Washington authorized strikes using its missiles deep inside Russian territory. France has also suggested that Ukraine should be allowed to fire its missiles into Russia in self-defense, and Moscow has claimed that British-supplied Storm Shadows have already been used in such strikes.

Moscow has reiterated that the move makes NATO a direct party to the conflict.

According to critics of Stockholm’s accession to NATO, Sweden has become a potential target in the event of a war.

”The Swedish people are facing a brutal reality where they are expected to adapt to a rhetoric of war that is not only foreign, but also deeply frightening… Instead of prioritizing peacekeeping efforts, politicians choose to place the country in a position where it risks becoming a battlefield for the power games of major powers,” Swedish conservative online platform Kulturbilder wrote earlier this month.

Swedish Defense Minister Pal Jonson stated in October that Russia posed a threat to Sweden, and that the country could not rule out a Russian attack. Several other NATO members, such as Poland and the Baltic countries, have voiced similar concerns.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed the claims as nonsense. Last week the Russian leader reiterated that Moscow was “striving to end the conflict.”

Republican vice presidential nominee says ‘Germans and other nations’ – not Russia – would ‘have to fund Ukraine’s reconstruction’

JD Vance has suggested that American support for NATO should be predicated on the European Union not regulating Elon Musk and his X social media platform, formerly known as Twitter.

The Republican vice presidential nominee and Ohio senator claimed in an interview with YouTuber Shawn Ryan that a top EU official had threatened to arrest the billionaire if he allowed former President Donald Trump back on X.

“The leader, I forget exactly which official it was within the European Union, but sent Elon this threatening letter that basically said, ‘We’re going to arrest you if you platform Donald Trump,’ who, by the way, is the likely next president of the United States,” Vance said in the interview published last week.

Trump’s running mate then suggested that US support for NATO should be used as a cudgel to get the Europeans in line.

“So what America should be saying is, if NATO wants us to continue supporting them and NATO wants us to continue to be a good participant in this military alliance, why don’t you respect American values and respect free speech?” Vance asked. “It’s insane that we would support a military alliance if that military alliance isn’t going to be pro-free speech. I think we can do both. But we’ve got to say American power comes with certain strings attached. One of those is respect free speech, especially in our European allies.”

Musk has been accused of banning several journalists since taking over Twitter, now X.

“I’m not going to go to some backwoods country and tell them how to live their lives,” Vance added. “But European countries should theoretically share American values, especially about some very basic things like free speech.”

The US ranked 26th in the world when it comes to free speech, with several members of the European Union higher up the list, according to the 2024 Global Expression Report.

Internal market EU Commissioner Thierry Breton wrote on X in July that the platform’s verification system of users using blue checks is deceiving.

“Now X has the right of defence —but if our view is confirmed we will impose fines & require significant changes,” he added.

Musk who responded at the time, saying: “We look forward to a very public battle in court, so that the people of Europe can know the truth.”

“The European Commission offered X an illegal secret deal: if we quietly censored speech without telling anyone, they would not fine us. The other platforms accepted that deal. X did not,” he added in another post.

X could face disciplinary action under the EU Digital Services Act that was put in place in 2022. The legislation includes a number of regulations stating that platforms have to take responsibility for protecting European users from illegal content and disinformation.

Vance has faced criticism for putting forward, in the same interview, a peace plan for the war in Ukraine that would appear to benefit Russian President Vladimir Putin, who views NATO as a top adversary.

Ryan asked Vance what Trump’s plan was to end the war in Ukraine.

The senator said Trump would have a discussion with the Russians, Ukrainians, and Europeans and tell them that they “need to figure out what a peaceful settlement looks like.”

Vance also told Ryan that a possible peace agreement could mean that Russia would hold onto the land they have seized and that a demilitarized zone would be implemented along the current frontlines. Vance added that Ukraine would also give Russia a “guarantee of neutrality.”

“What it probably looks like is something like the current line of demarcation between Russia and Ukraine becomes like a demilitarized zone, heavily fortified [so] the Russians don’t invade again,” he said.

Trump’s running mate also suggested that Europe, specifically Germany, and not Russia, would have to fund the rebuilding of Ukraine.

“Ukraine remains an independent sovereignty. Russia gets the guarantee of neutrality from Ukraine. It does not join NATO and some other allied institutions. Germans and other nations have to fund Ukraine’s reconstruction,” Vance added.

Ukraine has been trying to join NATO and the European Union for years. Already in 2008, then-NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer said Ukraine would eventually become a member of the military alliance.

Trump has long shared his disdain for NATO – during his first term, he reportedly privately discussed pulling out of the alliance completely.

Dr. Peter Hotez, a darling of the Gates Foundation and the corrupt United Nations World Health Organization, has suggested that Homeland Security and the Justice Department should be deployed against “anti-vaxxers” in the US.

And on a global scale, Hotez said, the United Nations and NATO should be deployed against those who refuse to get jabbed. He made the comments at an international pediatric conference in Columbia.

The Exposé reports that at the end of last month, the WHO announced a new project to turbo-charge the development and distribution of mRNA vaccines in underdeveloped countries for, they say, a looming bird flu pandemic.

Medical Press reports:

“The UN health agency said the project would be rolled out through the mRNA technology transfer program it established with the UN-backed Medicines Patent Pool (MPP) in 2021, at the height of the covid-19 crisis.”

It was a couple of weeks earlier that Dr. Hotez, a prominent vaccine pusher and developer, called for deploying security forces, including police and military, to counter “anti-vaccine aggression” in the United States. He also suggested that the United Nations and NATO deploy security forces against “anti-vaxxers.”

In 2022, WHO showcased Hotez in a video to target “anti-vaccine activism” by blasting those who choose not to be vaccinated for supporting “anti-science aggression.” You can watch the 1-minute propaganda video here.

New Zealand has included enforcing vaccination uptake using law enforcement in its latest version of the country’s pandemic plans published on 12 July. 

A week earlier, Gates-funded and World Health Organisation favourite Dr. Peter Hotez suggested that Homeland Security and the Justice Department should be enlisted against “anti-vaxxers” in the US. 

And internationally, Hotez said, NATO should be deployed against those who refuse to get vaccinated.

The image below has been widely shared on social media with the claim that it is proof that the New Zealand government is planning to legalise forced vaccination.

Some thought it might be fake or exaggerated. But it is confirmed by a document titled ‘New Zealand Pandemic Plan: A framework for action’ (”Plan”) published on 12 July by the New Zealand Ministry of Health.  It confirms that people will be forced to be isolated or quarantined until they have undergone the “prescribed treatment.”

The Plan sets out the government measures to be taken to prepare for and respond to a pandemic. It updates the ‘New Zealand Influenza Pandemic Plan: A framework for action 2017’. New Zealand has had an Influenza Pandemic action plan since 2006, and this was updated in 2017 to reflect new legislation and population calculations.

On 19 March 2020, before the covid pandemic had been declared by the World Health Organisation (“WHO”), The New Zealand Herald published an article alluding to why they believed the pandemic plan needed updating.

The 2017 plan relied on pandemic modelling based on certain assumptions. “Ministry of Health director-general Dr. Ashley Bloomfield said new research out of the Imperial College of London had caused a re-think in how [the phases determined by the model] would be managed,” the outlet said.

The Imperial College London modelling, as our readers will recall, was the work of the infamous British physicist Neil “Professor Lockdown” Ferguson who has been involved in several controversies regarding his inaccurate modelling throughout his career.

Ferguson is one of a small group of global “scientists” whose job is to control the narrative.  The real driving force behind updating pandemic preparedness is WHO.

In November 2020, New Zealand’s National Emergency Agency updated the information for civil defence emergency management (“CDEM”) groups relating to the Influenza Pandemic Plan.  It stated: “The World Health Organisation is concerned that an avian influenza and a human influenza virus might mix” which could result in an influenza pandemic. “New Zealand is planning for the possibility of a pandemic,” it added.

The 2024 update – which has dropped the word “influenza” from its title – was “completed at pace, is limited in scope” and is part of a wider review of pandemic preparedness that is taking place in two stages.  The Plan has a section on “special powers” given to medical officers of health, public health physicians or doctors who are appointed by the Director General of Health.

These powers are not new. They were granted in 2002, if not earlier, but during the covid “pandemic” they were used for the first time – covid was the dummy run.  The Plan states:

Special powers

Special powers are authorised by the Minister of Health or by an epidemic notice or apply where an emergency has been declared under the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002.

The power to detain, isolate or quarantine allows a medical officer of health to “require persons, places, buildings, ships, vehicles, aircraft, animals, or things to be isolated, quarantined, or disinfected” (section 70(1)(f)).

The power to prescribe preventive treatment allows a medical officer of health, in respect of any person who has been isolated or quarantined, to require people to remain where they are isolated or quarantined until they have been medically examined and found to be free from infectious disease, and until they have undergone such preventive treatment as the medical officer of health prescribes (section 70(1)(h)).

The power to requisition premises allows a medical officer of health to requisition premises and vehicles for the accommodation, treatment and transport of patients (section 71(1)).

The closure of premises such as schools can be required under sections 70(1)(1a) and 70(1)(m). This can be made by way of written order to the person in charge of the premises or order published in a newspaper or broadcast by television or radio and able to be received by most households in the district. If specified in the order, premises operating certain infection control measures may be exempted from closure.

Section 71A states that a member of the police may do anything reasonably necessary (including the use of force) to help a medical officer of health or any person authorised by the medical officer of health in the exercise or performance of powers or functions under sections 70 or 71.

These special powers were used for the first time during the response to COVID-19. In general terms, they performed well. However, there were some mis-steps in their application, they lack procedural and human rights safeguards and court judgments have found that while they can be used as a stop-gap measure in emergency situations, they are not suitable for sustained, complex responses. Ominously, the Ministry of Health states that: “The updated pandemic plan covers the health system response. It does not cover the all-of-government or wider societal response to a pandemic. It is also only one tool for developing the health system’s preparedness.”

It is plain to see from the above that they intend broad-reaching powers to be given to a few medical officers who will be able to shut down sections of New Zealand’s economy and detain people at will – or, in their words, when an epidemic notice is issued or when an emergency has been declared which, as we saw with covid, is not the same as an actual pandemic or epidemic occurring.  However, we want to focus on the words “preventative medicine.”

What does “preventative medicine” mean?

We should read these words in the context of the last paragraph of the excerpt above: “These special powers were used for the first time during the response to COVID-19.”  Note the big scary attention-seeking capital letters “COVID” is used when the rest of the world has long moved on to use the more appropriate typography of “Covid” or “covid.”

Safe and effective medicines have been discouraged and/or banned since 2020 for treating covid, which was essentially the seasonal flu rebranded.  Medicines such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine were banned and the use of vitamins D and C, and Zinc were discouraged.  The only “medicine” that was allowed was either harmful drugs such as remdesivir and midazolam, and later the so-called vaccines.

We can assume then, that because “emergency powers” to coerce people into having the covid injections were used for the first time “during the response to COVID-19,” then the “preventative medicine” they are referring to is so-called vaccines or something as equally ineffective and harmful.

In May 2007, it was reported that Hotez received $52 million from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to develop and conduct clinical trials in Brazil for his hookworm vaccine.  The year before, in 2006, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation published a press release that stated that the Foundation had committed $68.2 million to help fight neglected tropical diseases of which $13.8 million was dedicated to Hotez’s research. However, in 2021, Hotez denied being financed by Bill Gates.

In 2022, WHO showcased Hotez in a video to target “anti-vaccine activism” by blasting those who choose not to be vaccinated for supporting “anti-science aggression.”

During an interview on 5 July 2024 at the Simposio Internacional de Actualización en Pediatría (International Symposium of Paediatric Updates) in Cartagena, Colombia, Hotez said:

What I’ve said to the Biden administration is, the health sector can’t solve this on its own. We’re going to have to bring in Homeland Security, the Commerce Department, Justice Department to help us understand how to do this.

I’ve said the same with – I met with Dr. Tedros [director general of the WHO] last month … to say, I don’t know that the World Health Organisation can solve this on our own. We need the other United Nations agencies. NATO. This is a security problem because it’s no longer a theoretical construct or some arcane academic exercise. Two hundred thousand Americans died because of anti-vaccine aggression, anti-science aggression.

And so, this is now a lethal force … and now I feel as a paediatric vaccine scientist … it’s important, just as important for me to make new vaccines, to save lives. The other side of saving lives is countering this anti-vaccine aggression.

The Gates/WHO puppet is talking about using NATO, a political and military alliance of 32 countries, to enforce vaccine uptake.  New Zealand is implementing the enforcement of “preventative medicine” using the police.  That similar methods of forced vaccination are being spoken about or included in national plans is no coincidence.

The question everyone should be asking is why do they feel the need to force vaccinate populations using law enforcement and even the military.  It is because their vaccines are unsafe and ineffective.  So much so that few are willing to risk their lives by allowing themselves to be injected and will resist in every way they can. The pandemic-vaccine industry knows we will not be tricked by their psychological operations again and our pushback against government vaccination policies will be even stronger the next time around.
