Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has launched a sweeping investigation into more than 120 foreign biological laboratories tied to U.S. taxpayer funding, reigniting explosive questions surrounding gain-of-function research, secretive overseas biolab programs, and what critics say was a years-long cover-up by the Biden administration and Dr. Anthony Fauci.

The investigation spans facilities across more than 30 countries, including over 40 labs in Ukraine, according to officials within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

Gabbard said the administration is now moving aggressively to uncover exactly what research has been conducted inside the labs, what pathogens are being stored, and how deeply U.S. agencies were involved.

Gabbard Targets Dangerous Gain-of-Function Research

Speaking to the New York Post, Gabbard said the review aims to expose and halt dangerous gain-of-function experimentation that many Americans believe played a role in the COVID-19 catastrophe.

“We are going to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what ‘research’ is being conducted to end dangerous gain-of-function research that threatens the health and well-being of the American people and the world,” Gabbard said.

“The COVID-19 pandemic revealed the catastrophic global impact research on dangerous pathogens in biolabs can have,” she continued.

“Yet despite these obvious dangers, politicians, so-called health professionals, like Dr. Fauci, and entities within the Biden administration’s national security team lied to the American people about the existence of these US-funded and supported biolabs and threatened those who attempted to expose the truth.”

The renewed scrutiny comes after former National Institutes of Health official Lawrence Tabak admitted before Congress in 2024 that U.S. taxpayer dollars funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

That research reportedly increased viral infectivity by as much as 10,000 times.

Ukraine Biolabs Back Under the Spotlight

The investigation is also reviving intense debate surrounding U.S.-funded biological laboratories in Ukraine.

For years, corporate media outlets and Biden administration officials dismissed concerns about the facilities as “disinformation,” despite repeated acknowledgments from government officials that biological research programs existed in the country.

In 2022, then-Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland admitted during Senate testimony that Ukraine possessed “biological research facilities” and expressed concern that Russian forces could seize control of materials housed there.

At the same time, the Biden administration insisted the United States did not “own or operate” the labs, carefully avoiding the separate question of whether U.S. taxpayer money funded them through federal agencies, grants, contractors, and subawardees.

ODNI officials now say many of the laboratories under review received Pentagon funding through Cold War-era programs originally designed to secure biological and chemical threats after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Critics argue that oversight of those programs became dangerously opaque over time, creating a sprawling international network of laboratories operating with limited public transparency.

Officials also warned that clinical trials and pathogen research conducted at some overseas sites are raising “significant ethical, financial, and security concerns.”

Growing Fears Over Lab Safety and Global Secrecy

The investigation arrives as public distrust surrounding gain-of-function research continues to grow following the pandemic.

Supporters of the research argue that manipulating pathogens can help scientists prepare vaccines and treatments for future outbreaks.

But critics warn the experiments create massive biosafety risks if altered viruses escape containment, intentionally or accidentally.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth blasted the Biden administration over what he described as a deliberate effort to hide the scale of U.S.-funded foreign laboratory activity.

In recent months, several high-profile researchers and technical specialists linked to defense, energy, and space sectors have reportedly died under unusual or sudden circumstances, fueling speculation online and intensifying public distrust toward government secrecy surrounding national security programs.

While no official connection has been established between those deaths and the biolab investigation, critics argue the pattern is deepening concerns about covert research programs, intelligence operations, and the lack of transparency surrounding highly sensitive scientific work tied to government agencies and defense contractors.

The Trump administration has repeatedly signaled that more disclosures may be coming as Gabbard continues broader intelligence reform efforts aimed at declassifying information the administration says was improperly hidden from the American people.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking into possible connections in a string of deaths or disappearances of U.S. scientists, possibly including an Alabama woman who died in 2022.

At least 11 scientists, some with ties to sensitive U.S. research with the Department of Defense and NASA, have died or disappeared, some under unusual circumstances, including a nuclear physicist who was fatally shot in Massachusetts, a retired Air Force General missing from his New Mexico home and an aerospace engineer who disappeared during a hike in Los Angeles.

The FBI confirmed Tuesday it is “spearheading the effort to look for connections into the missing and deceased scientists,” and “is working with the Department of Energy, Department of War, and with our state and local law enforcement partners to find answers,” CNN reported.

Included in the list of deaths being questioned is that of Huntsville resident Amy Eskridge, who died in 2022 at age 34. Fox News reported her death was from a self-inflicted gunshot wound but official details have not been publicly released. It is unclear when Eskridge’s death was first linked to the other cases.

According to her obituary, Eskridge was a “genius” who “questioned the conventional wisdom on everything from the universe to the nanoparticles of the atom.” She was the co-founder of the Institute for Exotic Science in Huntsville with work focusing on experimental propulsion concepts, including antigravity research.

It was that research that led to an explosive 2020 interview with YouTuber Jeremy Rys.

“We discovered antigravity, and our lives went to (expletive) and people started sabotaging us,” she said during the interview. “It’s harassment, threats. It’s awful.

“If you stick your neck out in public, at least someone notices if your head gets chopped off,” Eskridge said. “If you stick your neck out in private, they will bury you. They will burn down your house while you’re sleeping in your bed, and it won’t even make the news.”

In the 2-hour, sometimes rambling interview, Eskridge comments on aliens, foreign nation-state agents and other concerns she had about her security and privacy.

While federal officials, as well as President Donald Trump, have commented on the deaths and called for an investigation, there is no confirmed link between the incidents.

Eskridge’s father, Richard Eskridge, a former NASA employee who worked with his daughter, also dismissed conspiracy theories.

“Scientists die also, just like other people,” he told NewsNation.

In a statement, NASA said it is “coordinating and cooperating with relevant agencies in relation to the missing scientists. At this time, nothing related to NASA indicates a national security threat. The agency is committed to transparency and will provide more information as able.”

Noelia Ramos, a 25-year-old paraplegic woman, was euthanised in Spain on 26 March 2026, despite not having a terminal illness.

The doctor who oversaw the euthanasia procedure also acted as a transplant coordinator, creating a conflict of interest in that she had an institutional interest in obtaining Noelia’s organs.

But that’s not all.  Since November 2025, the killer doctor has been under investigation for a legal complaint made about her for falsifying documents and abuse of power to alter the decision-making process about Noelia’s euthanasia.

It Takes A Lot To Shock Me, But The Euthanasia Of Noelia Ramos Has Left Me Reeling

For those who don’t know, a 25-year-old woman called Noelia Ramos was euthanised in Spain on 26 March 2026.

Many disputed claims are being made about the circumstances around this, and in the media, the story is being framed (by all sides, it has to be said) politically and ideologically, with little regard to the truth.

This post is a classic example:

To be honest, I don’t have the resources to research each point being made, but the undisputed parts of the story make for distressing enough reading.

I am not going to recount those here, other than to point out that it certainly seems to be undisputed that:

• Noelia was under the care of the state when she was gang-raped twice.
• After the second incident, she attempted to commit suicide by jumping out of a window and through a spinal cord injury she sustained, she became paraplegic.
• Noelia did NOT have a terminal illness.
• Videos are circulating of her condition physically improving somewhat as she attempts – and manages – a few steps on crutches (see HERE, for example).

Beyond those facts, all other claimed facts look coloured by portrayal through an ideological lens, apart from one – to me, startling – piece of information which emerged in the days after the procedure:

“The responsible doctor with whom Noelia signed her euthanasia request was not her family doctor nor her psychiatrist; she was the TRANSPLANT COORDINATOR.

Sanchismo¹ turns everything it touches to sh*t. I hope more than one person ends up in prison over this case.”

Christian Lawyers sues the doctor who processed Noelia’s euthanasia for being the transplant coordinator.

The organisation accuses the doctor of “an alleged crime of malfeasance and conflict of interest.”

In drilling into this a little further, I found out that the doctor referred to above (together with one other person) was already the subject of some sort of lawsuit or complaint, as reported in November 2025 by another Spanish mainstream newspaper:

The ultraconservative Catholic platform Christian Lawyers has succeeded in getting the courts to investigate two members of the committee that approved the euthanasia of Noelia, a 24-year-old paraplegic woman who requested assisted dying.

A ruling by Barcelona’s Court of Instruction Number 20 has accepted the lawsuit filed by the association for the alleged crimes of falsifying public documents and abuse of power, and has ordered preliminary proceedings against the defendants, who will have to give statements in Administrative Court Number 12. The truth is that these two experts, who were responsible for making a decision, forced the case to be resolved by the full commission, which voted unanimously in favour of assisted dying, with all 19 members voting in favour. Their objective was none other than to further strengthen the guarantees of the process, according to sources familiar with the events. The lawsuit was filed against six members of the commission, but the open investigation is focused on only two of them.

Noelia suffers from “severe dependency, chronic and debilitating pain and suffering” after attempting suicide by jumping from a fifth-floor window in 2022, according to the commission’s report. She herself stated at the trial that “every day is horrible and painful.” But the case remains mired in legal proceedings after the body responsible for ensuring the proper application of the law validated euthanasia in July 2024, a decision that was subsequently challenged in court. An initial court ruling allowed the procedure, setting it for August 2, 2024, before it was halted by an appeal filed by Christian Lawyers, representing her father.

The High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) upheld the sentence last September, but that judicial decision is also awaiting a final ruling from the Supreme Court. The case falls within the bounds of the law, but the TSJC gave the father the option to appeal, and Christian Lawyers, who represent him, announced their intention to do so. The Supreme Court’s decision will not only affect the case of the young woman Noelia, but could also legitimise similar requests from other parents. This case is the first to go to trial in Spain concerning the provision of assisted dying.

The Spanish Foundation of Christian Lawyers has filed a complaint against the doctor who processed the euthanasia for Noelia Castillo Ramos. The “death with dignity” procedure took place last Thursday, 26 March.

What is the doctor who processed Noelia Castillo Ramos’s euthanasia accused of? The organisation filed its lawsuit in a Barcelona court, accusing the responsible physician of alleged malfeasance (prevarication). They are targeting the specialist because she “simultaneously served as a transplant coordinator” at the Consorci Sanitari Alt Penedès-Garraf.

“This dual role creates a structural and insurmountable conflict of interest, as the same professional tasked with assessing whether the patient’s death should proceed had a direct institutional interest in obtaining organs,” they stated in a press release.

They argue that the expert “handwrote the euthanasia request,” including a point stating that the young woman allegedly “wished to be an organ and tissue donor.” However, the organisation believes it was not Noelia who recorded this, but the doctor herself. Furthermore, they emphasise that the doctor was not the one who usually treated the young woman.

“Noelia revoked the organ donation listed in the initial request at the last moment,” they added, which they consider evidence of irregularities. Finally, they noted that Noelia postponed the procedure by one hour to spend more time with her family, which they believe demonstrates “fluctuations in her will.”

It is quite astonishing to me that someone involved in the euthanasia procedure should also act as a transplant co-ordinator. Even if the proposed reason for this is that it was a small hospital and overlapping roles are inevitable, surely steps could be taken to bring in people from other regions to create separation of decision-making in such critical and thorny matters.

I accept that the person concerned may not have benefited personally from being both transplant coordinator and having involvement in the euthanasia. However, the point about separation of powers (in any context) is not just about the receipt of tangible benefits; they are there to also (supposedly) protect against the undue influence of certain ideological beliefs.

The eyebrow-raising, however, doesn’t end with this matter, though.

It also turns out that at the time of the euthanasia, the complaint being investigated since November 2025 was actually ongoing and unresolved, as implied by this article on the website of RTVE³:

The Barcelona Prosecutor’s Office has requested the dismissal of the case against two members of the Healthcare Ethics Committee who authorised the euthanasia of Noelia, the 25-year-old woman from Barcelona who suffered from paraplegia and who finally received assisted death last Thursday, sources from the Public Ministry have informed Europa Press.

The Prosecutor’s Office has requested it from the head of the Court of Instruction number 20 of Barcelona, ​​who is investigating both professionals (a doctor and a lawyer) against whom the Spanish Foundation of Christian Lawyers filed a complaint for alleged crimes of prevarication and falsification of a public document.

“No evidence of a crime”

The head of the Administrative Court number 12 of Barcelona, ​​who supported Noelia’s euthanasia in a resolution that was later endorsed by the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC), has already ruled out irregularities in the procedure: “No indication of a crime is seen in the actions of the professionals.”

The judge stated that the report from the medical-legal duo indicated, in the lawyer’s comments, that the patient’s suffering generated “doubts” as to whether it could be considered serious, chronic and disabling, as indicated by the Organic Law for the Regulation of Euthanasia (LORE), and therefore issued an unfavourable report.

The members of the duo explained during the trial that, since it was a complex case, they decided that the matter should be brought before the full court, and the judge understood that their actions did not invalidate the proceedings, “since it gives the decision greater guarantees” given that the decision was then taken by all the members of the CGEC, which were 19, and was adopted unanimously.

Obviously, as someone who has zero knowledge of Spanish law or judicial procedures, it’s difficult to get to the nub of what has actually happened here.

Regardless of the merits of the November 2025 complaint, it still seems weird to me that the doctor, whilst still the subject of an ongoing and unresolved complaint, simply carried on pushing the process forward to its ultimate conclusion while wearing the same multiple hats, and now that it is over, the prosecutor seeks to dismiss the case?

The above is just the latest in an increasing number of instances where people have undergone euthanasia for non-terminal and/or psychiatric reasons. Noelia was obviously very young, but a case was recently reported for a teenager:

The circumstances around the case are detailed on pages 47 – 49 of the 2024 report of the Regional Euthanasia Review Committee, which can be found HERE. In that report, the individual is described as follows:

A young man aged between 16 and 18 had been diagnosed around four-and-a-half years before his death with an autism spectrum disorder with anxiety and mood-related problems.

While reading that document, I was surprised to learn that, as of 2024, euthanasia accounted for 5.8% of all deaths in the Netherlands.

The disparity in public discourse is striking; while Canada’s rate is roughly the same and frequently draws heavy criticism, the Netherlands is rarely mentioned in this context.

One other phrase from the report (in the foreword, page 3) caught my attention. While noting a 10% year-on-year increase, the authors state:

At present, all that can be said is that there is no reason to assume that the gradual increase seen in recent years will soon come to a halt.

No concern about this was expressed; in fact, they seem proud of it, and comfortable with an ever-increasing proportion of deaths in their country involving a state-sanctioned medical procedure.  I find that illustrative of a disturbing ideology on several levels.

In the UK, the slippery slope argument was cited as a reason for the dangers of introducing a bill which, on its face, would not have permitted the above type of case, which (currently) seems anathema, even to many supporters of assisted dying legislation in the UK.

Proponents of the bill responded emphasising safeguards against such “mission creep”, but – as can be seen with Canada – the scope of this legislation inevitably ends up being expanded, and never contracted.

One of the under-appreciated features of the very act of introducing assisted dying legislation is that it instils ideological and attitudinal societal changes, so that what was previously unthinkable moves into the realm of being debateable, and then it becomes a “right”, usually based on arguments over “equality.”

Prosecutors have announced plans to indict Adam Schiff as the elite pedophilia investigation into the crimes of the D.C. elite ramps up.

The indictment would be the first of many, according to White House insiders, who say that Schiff has been caught up in a child sexual exploitation investigation that has already ensnared some of his closest friends.

Infowars.com reports: A potential prosecution was announced months ago, with regard to the financing of Schiff’s Maryland residence.

More recently, President Trump called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to prosecute Schiff, James Comey and Letitia James.

An organization with confirmed ties to George Soros and the Open Society Foundations has been running a covert recruitment effort for a “paramilitary-style street unit” to ignite chaos and escalate tensions in Los Angeles following President Trump’s decision to deploy the National Guard.

A recently uncovered Craigslist advertisement—posted under the innocuous title “Operator”—offers eye-popping weekly compensation of $6,500 to $12,500 for individuals willing to enter “dangerous situations” and operate as part of a “select team of THE TOUGHEST dudes in the area.”

“This isn’t just about civil unrest,” said a former intelligence contractor who reviewed the ad. “This is about asymmetrical provocation. The endgame is to fracture the military chain of command by forcing them into conflict with American citizens on American soil — and then using that moment of confusion to trigger a coup narrative.”

The ad itself reads like something out of a dystopian thriller. It demands applicants who are “basically all around kickass dudes,” mentally and physically hardened, who “don’t break, panic, or fold under stress.” While the operation is said to be activated “only when the situation demands it,” compensation is guaranteed weekly — suggesting well-funded backers.

Further disturbing is the vague language around “relocation assistance,” implying that recruits may be brought in from outside Los Angeles. Combined with the fact that “no experience is required,” the potential for a volatile and unpredictable mix of individuals converging on LA’s already tense streets is cause for alarm.

The Role of Soros and Open Society

While the ad does not explicitly mention any organization by name, two separate sources have confirmed that funding traces back to shell nonprofits known to be affiliated with Soros-linked grant networks. The Open Society Foundation, long accused of sowing global instability under the guise of “civil society development,” has previously denied involvement in any paramilitary activity.

However, critics argue this is a textbook example of “plausible deniability” — using third-party proxies to do the dirty work while keeping the parent organization’s hands clean.

Strategic Destabilization

The current political climate makes this story even more chilling. President Trump’s decision to mobilize the National Guard has been met with outrage in major cities, particularly Los Angeles. Tensions are already high following waves of organized protests, sporadic violence, and targeted disruption of infrastructure.

By deploying a cadre of professional-grade agitators—complete with crisis experience, tactical training, and a mandate to “face danger head-on”—the alleged Soros-backed effort could ignite a powder keg designed to force federal overreach and delegitimize Trump’s use of force.

“It’s chaos with a strategy,” said one insider. “Create flashpoints, provoke a heavy-handed response, and then amplify the optics worldwide. If successful, it sets the stage for international condemnation and internal revolt.”

As of this writing, the ad has been flagged and removed from Craigslist, but screenshots and metadata are being analyzed by independent digital forensics experts. Congressional inquiries may soon follow as public concern grows over foreign and domestic interference in national stability.

The same organisations that have an interest in vaccinations today also had a lot of influence in laying the groundwork decades ago.  People tend to think of these large and well-known organisations – such as the Rockefeller Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, UNICEF; CDC, GAVI, USAID, and the World Bank – as independent of each other, but they are not.  They are part of a vaccine infrastructure – a global vaccine regime. Or, as Nations in Action describes it, the vaccine shadow government architecture.

The architecture is headed by wealthy investors who have created funds and foundations which then engage in various funding activities, while also being responsible for assisting politicians to be elected, or placed, into office.  At the same time, the foundations donate to international organisations giving the foundations access to and enabling them to steer the organisations toward certain conclusions.

In short, wealthy organisations and individuals are getting you and your government to pay for and implement private interests through public policies.  Policies that are geared towards a pre-determined conclusion that is to the benefit of those wealthy interests.

What is the World Shadow Government?

According to French billionaire and RDH President Philippe Argillier, the shadow government is the actual government that gives official orders to the elected government.  There is an extremely powerful entity behind the scene that involves very influential individuals in finance as well as in politics, including some heads of state.

“Altogether, 38 individuals run the daily lives of 8 billion people on Earth … The Biden administration is under the control of the shadow government.  I can confirm this without any hesitation based upon the information that I have,” Argillier told Nations in Action.

Argillier explained that the shadow government is almost like a corporation with a short, medium and long-term agenda.  Most of the time their influence is based on economics, or money.  But usually, their influence is directed at geopolitical agreements, with military intervention if needed, along with some of the most powerful countries.  For example, the USA, China and France are the most powerful countries working with the shadow government behind the scenes.

To understand the shadow government, we must understand the individuals behind the shadow government, Argillier said.  “These individuals [are so wealthy they] have lost all sense of conscience, any values … when you’re at the top, at the very top [as] they believe they are, [they say] ‘let’s create our own world, let’s decide on behalf 8 billion people on Earth’.  It’s almost like playing a game of Monopoly, where you decide what the big next step will be.  So far, it’s worked because with that type of money you can buy anything you want.”

In Part II, Argillier said he knew who most of the 38 individuals behind the shadow government were, but he wouldn’t disclose their names.

The Global Vaccine Regime

Why does the US bureaucracy downplay the potential for Covid being a laboratory-leaked, artificially created virus when it had been funding drug/virus research in US and China for well over a decade before the Covid “pandemic” began?

Why was the possibility of a lab-leaked coronavirus shut down in public discourse by the US government institutions, media and World Health Organisation (“WHO”) when, for example, the US National Institutes for Health (“NIH”) Defence Threat Reduction Agency (“DTRA”), Health and Human Services (“HHS”) and the Department of Defence (“DoD”) had been funding Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance research on bat coronaviruses for decades, including research in Wuhan, China?

In the video below, a researcher from Nations in Action presented documents that, when taken together, provide an answer to these questions.

Below are notes taken from the presentation above.  Where possible we have added links to the documents referred to.  Beginning at timestamp 21:25, Nations in Action discussed the global vaccine regime.

History of CDCs Vaccine Schedule

The same organisations that have an interest in vaccinations today also had a lot of influence in laying the groundwork “going back quite far.”

During the period beginning in the 1940s to today, there has been a steady increase in the number of vaccination recommendations from the US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”). Currently, before Covid, the CDC vaccination schedule recommends at least 45 doses within the first 18 years of life.

In the 1980s, the US government was purchasing between 52% and 55% of childhood vaccinations distributed in the US.  In the ten years between 1988 and 1997, the cost of vaccines doubled from $100 to $200 per child up to the age of 6.  The cumulative cost doubled again, from $200 to almost $400 per child, in less than five years between 1997 and 2001.  The introduction of the pneumococcal conjugate vaccine to the schedule for infants resulted in another doubling of public spending, from $500 million to $1 billion, between 2000 and 2002.

These payments were made from the Vaccine for Children Entitlement Program. Recent Covid legislation has created a new entitlement program, modelled off the Vaccine for Children Entitlement Program, called the Vaccine for Adults Program with initial funding of $25 billion.

Rockefellers Establish a Taskforce

The 1980s marked a turning point for the vaccination regime spearheaded by the Taskforce on Childhood Survival and Development.  The Taskforce was established to coordinate the immunisation activities of major international agencies.  It was a partnership between several United Nations (“UN”) agencies and the Rockefeller Foundation.

In 1983, the vaccine compensation act was introduced in Congress.  And in 1986, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (“NCVIA”) became law.  In short, this law made the liability for vaccine injury the responsibility of the US government while the profits for vaccines went to Big Pharma. As a result, and not surprisingly, in the following decades, there was a massive increase in the number of recommended vaccines.  Under the NCVIA, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (“NVICP”) was created.

Following the enactment of the NCVIA, the Children’s Vaccine Initiative was founded in 1990.  The sponsors included the World Bank, Rockefeller Foundation, WHO, United Nations Children’s Fund (“UNICEF”) and United Nations Development Program (“UNDP”).  It had several goals, three of which were: mobilisation of substantially greater resources for vaccine introduction, especially in developing countries; unprecedented levels of collaboration; and, raising awareness of the high value of vaccines.

The Vaccine Regime Goes Global

In 2000, the Global Alliance for Vaccine and Immunisation (“GAVI”), led by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, was formed. GAVI’s purpose is to facilitate vaccination in developing countries by working with WHO, UNICEF, the World Bank, the vaccine industry, research and technical agencies, the Gates Foundation and other private philanthropists.  The other private philanthropists GAVI works with are as highlighted in the image below.

In 2003, the Gates Foundation developed a report showing the need to create public-private alliances to push the vaccination agenda forward.  The report was titled ‘Global Health Partnerships: Assessing Country Consequences’.  It stated that “some of the key factors used to measure success included overall vaccination rate of populations.”  In other words, the push for private organisations to benefit globally through public policy vaccination had begun to be documented.

In 2005, there was another push by the vaccine regime. WHO published the ‘Global Immunisation Vision and Strategy’ in alliance with the Rockefeller Foundation, Gates Foundation, UNICEF; CDC, GAVI, USAID and the World Bank.  One of the visions was that immunisation was seen as “a major element of efforts to attain the Millennium Development Goals.”

People tend to think that the organisations mentioned above are independent and stand on their own.  But all these organisations are part of a larger infrastructure – WHO, World Bank, and IMF are specialised agencies of the UN and UNICEF is a program and fund of the UN. A lot of the organisations mentioned in Nations in Action’s presentation are pieces of the overall UN infrastructure (see image below).

The Decade of Vaccines

In 2010, the Gates Foundation established a roadmap to make the years from 2010 to 2020 the “decade of vaccines.”  Shortly afterwards, on 1 May 2010, the Rockefeller Foundation published ‘Scenarios on Technology and International Development’, within which is a scenario titled ‘Lock Step’. The Lock Step scenario stated:

“In order to protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems – from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crisis and rising poverty – leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power.”

In 2011, Daszak authored an article published in ScienceDirect titled ‘The search for meaning in virus discovery’.

Over the following years, Daszak and his Chinese colleague Shi Zhengli, also known as the “bat woman” or “bat lady,” would discover and isolate more than 100 unique coronaviruses all of which, according to Daszak’s own words, can be easily manipulated in the lab.

A copy of a 2015 presentation given by Daszak to the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine showed EcoHealth Alliance’s work in collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which was funded by various US agencies.  The research involved infections in humanised mice and coronavirus gain-of-function research using human ACE2 receptors, the protein on the surface of a cell to which the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein binds.

As additional proof of the funding behind his research, at the end of Daszak’s 2011 article, it stated the organisations that funded Daszak and his co-author’s, Dr. Lipkin, research:

The Revolving Door

In 2013, the Technical Advisory Group (“TAG”) on Vaccine-preventable Diseases released a paper from a meeting with the slogan “vaccination a shared responsibility.”  The meeting’s objective was to issue recommendations to address the current and future challenges faced by national immunisation programs in the Americas.  Part of the 2013 TAG team were representatives from the National Centre for Immunisation and Respiratory Diseases (“NCIRD”), Canada’s Ministry of Health, the Rockefeller Foundation and NIH.

Looking at the individuals who signed the 2013 TAG paper, we see the revolving door of individuals moving between three organisations – the Rockefeller Foundation, GAVI and WHO – and national public health bodies.

Anne Schuchat, who signed on behalf of NCIRD, is currently a member of WHO’s Health Hazards Advisory Group and a member of Stanford University’s Global Emerging Infectious Diseases Advisory Committee.  Formerly she was a member of GAVI’s board and GAVI’s Programme and Policy Committee and the Audit and Finance Committee.  So, she came from GAVI to become a CDC official as director of NCIRD and then became an advisor to WHO.

Arlene King, who signed on behalf of the Ministry of Health of Canada, was a GAVI Alliance board member then she became the Chief Medical Officer of the Ontario Ministry of Health.  So, she moved from GAVI to the Canadian government.

Jeanette Vega, who signed on behalf of the Rockefeller Foundation, was a former director of Rockefellers’ National Chilean Public Health Insurance Agency (FONASA).  Previously she was a Director at WHO and then was the Vice Minister of Health in Chile.  After leaving the Rockefeller Foundation she became a director of the National Chilean Public Health Insurance Agency and later Minister of Social Development. So, she moved from WHO to the Chilean government, then to the Rockefeller Foundation and back to the Chilean government.

Roger Glass, who signed on behalf of NIH’s Fogarty International Centre, received the Albert B. Sabin Gold Medal Award in 2015 which is awarded by the Sabin Vaccine Institute founded in 1993 to continue the work of developing and promoting vaccines. Sabin was best known for developing the oral polio vaccine.   In 1934, Sabin conducted research at the Lister Institute for Preventative Medicine, London, and then joined the Rockefeller Institute University.

In 2017, Rajiv Shah was elected President of the Rockefeller Foundation. Previously he was a director at the Gates Foundation and then he was USAID Administrator under the Obama Administration.

Global Pandemic Preparedness

In May 2018, WHO and the World Bank formed the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (“GPMB”).  In September 2018, the GPMB convened a meeting at WHO in Geneva to discuss key issues on global pandemic preparedness. GPMB had commissioned a study which was spearheaded by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.  In September 2019, GPMB published a report ‘Preparedness for a High-Impact Respiratory Pathogen Pandemic’.

The conclusions of the 2019 report included:

The signatories and contributors to the report included HHS’ Rick Bright and Wellcome Trust’s Jeremy Farrar.

Before joining the Rockefeller Institute, Rick Bright was the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response and the Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (“BARDA”).  He was the “whistle-blower” who fought against hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for Covid. Afterwards, he left government service and is now Chief Executive Officer of the Pandemic Prevention Institute at The Rockefeller Foundation.

To sum up, wealthy organisations and individuals are getting you and your government to pay for and implement private interests through public policies.  Policies that are geared towards a pre-determined conclusion that is to the benefit of those wealthy global interests.

Wealthy investors have created funds and foundations which then engage in various funding activities, while also being responsible for assisting politicians to be elected, or placed, into office.  Once the political candidates are in office, they authorise funds to these international organisations to engage in studies, research and “collaborative” efforts.

At the same time, the foundations donate to the international organisations which gives the foundations access to and seems to help them steer the organisations toward certain conclusions.

This vaccine regime structure, as with other shadow government infrastructures, has been built using our money and our elected officials are enabling it. They have weaponised our governments against us.

How do we stop this?  One of the solutions is for national governments to stop funding and ban officials’ participation in these international organisations’ activities. And, those officials who have been involved in such activities should submit to a public civilian inquiry.
