Founded in 1999 by Noubar Afeyan and Ed Kania, the firm has long operated at the intersection of government contracts and experimental medicine. Afeyan, who also co-founded Moderna, played a pivotal role in securing billions in taxpayer funding for the company’s mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, despite its rushed development and widespread reports of adverse effects. Now, the same playbook is being applied to agriculture.

Terrana Biosciences claims its RNA sprays will help farmers combat pests, adapt to climate change, and boost yields—all without altering the plant’s genome. But this distinction is deceptive. While traditional GMOs directly edit DNA, Terrana’s RNA approach hijacks the plant’s natural signaling pathways, effectively reprogramming its biology from within. As CEO Ryan Rapp admitted in an interview with AgFunderNews, past RNA sprays merely coated leaves before degrading. Terrana’s version, however, “actually goes inside the plant,” allowing for deeper, more persistent manipulation.

A legacy of covert biological experiments

The timing of Terrana’s launch is unsettling, coming just as whistleblower documents expose prior plans to aerosolize biological agents over human populations. The infamous DEFUSE proposal, submitted by EcoHealth Alliance to DARPA before the COVID-19 pandemic, detailed plans to deploy chimeric coronavirus spike proteins and “self-spreading vaccines” via drones—a method eerily similar to agricultural spraying.

Worse, the PREP Act grants the U.S. government near-unlimited power to administer experimental medical countermeasures during declared emergencies, shielding officials and corporations from liability. If RNA can be sprayed on crops under the guise of “sustainability,” what’s to stop its covert use on humans under the pretext of disease prevention?

European Committee gives green light to use self-replicating vaccines on citizens of EU countries

The Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use has recommended marketing authorisation for Kostaive, a self-replicating mRNA (“saRNA”) injection developed by Arcturus Therapeutics. The final decision for regulatory approval now rests with the European Commission.

The European Commission must reject authorisation for these dangerous saRNA (replicon) vaccines.

Japan had already approved these injections last year. In November 2023, Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) fully approved CSL and Arcturus Therapeutics’ replicon shot, KostaiveARCT-154. Despite enormous safety concerns, Japan’s MHLW approved the updated booster shot in September 2024 to target the JN.1 lineage of Omicron subvariants.

During the clinical trials for Kostaive, five deaths were reported among participants in the phase 3b study. Across study phases 1, 2, and 3a combined, 90% of injected participants experienced adverse events, with 74.5% reporting systemic reactions and 15.2% requiring medical attention after the first dose. Notably, many of the study authors are full-time employees of Arcturus Therapeutics, raising concerns about bias in their conclusions.

It’s become abundantly clear that the pharmaceutical industry and captured regulatory agencies have zero regard for the massive safety concerns of undefined synthetic mRNA replication resulting in uncontrolled toxic antigen production. These experimental injections must not receive further regulatory approval for humans or animals if we are to prevent another public health disaster. All self-amplifying mRNA injections currently available for humans and animals should be immediately withdrawn until comprehensive, long-term safety studies are conducted.

Several mainstream news outlets including the New York Times, Washington Post and Reuters, reported Sunday that Joe Biden’s administration has lifted restrictions that had blocked Ukraine from using U.S.-provided long-range missiles to strike deep into Russian territory.

The report originated in typical fashion, leaked to the New York Times by three unnamed deep-state sources.

This development marks “a significant change to U.S. policy in the Ukraine-Russia conflict,” Reuters reports, when in fact the U.S. policy was always to escalate the war, with this latest move no doubt planned months ago to be lowered like a hammer on Russia right before Trump takes office.

It’s no surprise. We knew it was coming. We predicted many times that the U.S. government would give the greenlight to such attacks, because we know that the U.S. deep state wants the war to escalate further before Donald Trump takes over the White House. Their hope is that the stampede toward World War III will become so intense by January 20th that Trump will be unable to stop it.

Ukraine plans to conduct its first long-range attacks in the coming days, the sources said, without revealing details due to operational security concerns.

The move by the United States, which comes just over two months before President-elect Donald Trump takes office on January 20, comes after months of requests by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to allow Ukraine’s military to use U.S. weapons to hit Russian military targets far from its border.

The change follows Russia’s deployment of North Korean ground troops to supplement its own forces, a development that has caused alarm in Washington and Kiev, even though the North Koreans are not fighting in Ukraine, only in Russia proper where they are working to repel a Ukrainian invasion into Russia’s Kursk region.

Ukraine’s first deep strikes are likely to be carried out using ATACMS rockets, which have a range of up to 190 miles, the unnamed deep-state sources told the New York Times.

I’ve been predicting that World War III will break out most boldly in Eastern Europe and that the end-game is to get NATO troops fighting Russia in an attempt to depose Putin and install a Western puppet regime. The bottom line is that the West wants/needs to lock up control over Russia’s vast natural resources if it is going to fully implement its green agenda.

As you can see from the chart below, Russia is home to more critical natural resources than any other country in the world. All wars are fought over resources.

Donald Trump has been against this agenda and that’s why the globalists like to call him a Rusian asset, but will Trump be able to end the war in Ukraine? That remains to be seen.

But we now have Ukraine using U.S.-supplied long-range ATACMS missiles against Russia, using GPS coordinates for targeting data supplied by U.S. intelligence. Does anyone in America still believe we are NOT at war with Russia?
